Terrible, they sold me a car that had a pre existing dent the size of a quarter. It was not noticeable enough for me to see til I got home and spotted it under the sun. Told them about it right away and they tried to claim it look like a cart hit it or a door. I literally came straight home with it. And was not even 1 hour when I called back. They didn’t take the car back or try to make it right. Keep in mind this is during the time when they had construction at the dealership and they literally had to pack all the cars thin tight next to each other. They made it seem like there couldn’t had been a possibility that someone hit the car there. Check your cars and never take it off the lot til you do. These people are slimy

Honestly i was apprehensive going in because i had seen some concerning reviews. I dealt with Sorin and Charles and they absolutely came through for me and took care of me. It was a very smooth process and both were very Friendly and helpful. I'm extremely happy and grateful for their help.

This is the worst Lexus dealer! I bought a car from Lexus Of Nashville, they had very good service and assistants, and here they only ignore you. I went to change the oil because I have a new car according to the instructions, they had to change me the first 5 thousand and 10 thousand miles, but they didn't change it for me... I'd like to put -5 stars here, but it's not possible

My first time buying a used car at a dealer, and Lexus of Roseville made this experience really easy and quick. Great customer service by Yargo and his team including Finance team (Andrew). Thank you and great friendly environment. Will surely be recommending Lexus of Roseville to my Family and Friends.

I purchased a Lexus product from this dealership recently and the sales experience was straightforward and a breeze with Sorin. Although coming from my first service today, it wasn't a pleasant experience at all. I dropped off my car which was clean and to find out when I picked it up, the floor mats were so dirty with with some water stains and a lot of water spots all around from the body to the glass panels. Lastly, the service drive personnel need to stop driving customer vehicles so aggressively around the lot. This is unacceptable from a very reputable dealer. Never going to have my vehicle serviced here again.

My salesman Chris’s Lee wad excellent! He turned the dreaded visit to buy a car, a great one! Thank goodness for his patience and calm demeanor which help me to stay with the process. Lexus at the Roseville Auto Mall was great experience. The first time we went they didn’t have the options we needed but Sami was the man he gave us a tour of other vehicles and had us try them out. He really knew his stuff all this high tech stuff on the cars were overwhelming. He was very patient with us which was really appreciated. We were pretty firm on the car that we wanted but my mom wanted a specific color which we basically had to wait for. We did the deposit so we can get what we want and when we picked it up everything went smoothly. Sami kept us up to date with everything and he answered all our questions knowledgeably. I can alway come to him for any questions that I still have with the vehicle. Overall great experience.
