Having lived in the Bay Area, I have been to several Lexus dealerships. I can say that Lexus of Roseville Service Department is on top of my list. Great facility, excellent staff (love service advisor Chris Lawson), and superb overall service.

Lexas of Roseville is incredible. I drove my car across the county to help my friend moved to another state. My car was ok but during the stay, the car seems to have a problem with the battery. I didn’t know where else to go and it was quite an emergency so I stopped by Lexus of Roseville. They were able to squeeze me in on their tie schedule and helped me get a new battery. I’m so thankful for their help because I wouldn’t know where else to go in the town that I don’t really know where everything is. My car is up and running and ready for new adventure. Thank you so much Lexus of Roseville.

Not impressed! Had a 9:00 appointment to inspect a defective headlight case. Waited an hour and a half for a ten minute inspection. While the unit is completely protected from any possible damage, my warranty was denied. But at least I got a free coffee.

Everything went well. Impressed how they texted me a video of what they were doing on my car. Pleasant waiting area, service completed in a timely manner. Very satisfied with service.

Chris, the advisor, was terrible. I was there for 2 hours and 40 minutes to get a tire rotation and brake inspection on a 2024 Lexus NX 350. He never once came to provide status even after I sent a text message and I saw him walking around. Worst experience ever and I have driven various Lexus vehicles since 2000.

We had an unexpected system failure during a camping trip and were stranded in the Roseville, CA area. After towing the car to the dealership, we were put in touch with our service advisor Brent Colley. We can’t say enough praises about him! He was honest, very helpful and speedy to get us back on the road again. What could have been a terrible situation turned into a wonderful experience of supreme customer service and meeting a great and genuine person. Thank you so very much!
