Bummer, just had one of the worst and uncomfortable experience here. I used to love coming in the store to shop but I think I’ll have to stick to shopping online for my Levi’s instead. Happy and glad for the fellow girlie who helped me, she made my in store experience at least a bit more comfortable but her coworker Matt made my in store experience insufferable. I used to shop for my Levi’s at Nordstrom when they had a wider selection but since the Levi’s store opened, I assumed my shopping experience would be consistent like shopping at Nordstrom ? I didn’t get the girlie’s name but I salute and appreciate you ??? I couldn’t get outta there fast enough after your colleague made it so weird. ?

Great experience! I hadn’t realized an official Levi’s store had opened up here and thought I was going to have to make the trek to SF for the full selection/experience.Both the manager and the store associate were very nice and helpful. Ended up trying on quite a few pairs/styles and walking away with two great pairs that I’m very pleased with the sizing, fit, and style. They both also had tips about caring for the jeans and how I should expect them to relax with use.From start to finish, I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thanks!

Go to Buckle! They have Levi’s jeans and at a way more affordable.To all the employees who didn’t greet me when I walked in and to all the employees who didn’t ask if I needed help. While you stand around talking about non related work topics, you’re seen, heard and evaluated by the customers you don’t greet. We walk around in your store wondering why you’re not getting the same courtesy from those customers who walked in after you resulting in no sales!My sister walked in after I left looking for me and she too shared the same experience.I last visited on 8/20/23 around 3-4. Never again will I shop at a Levi’s store.

The staff are so friendly and helpful and always ready to help with price adjustment as per their policy allows. Esp the tall lady. I have to check her name again.
