My wife and I had MDS Law set up an estate plan for us in January 2023. Everything was explained any questions were answered. Unfortunately, my wife passed away in April. After my wife passed, they advised matters I need to take care of with their advice everything went smooth. There was a lot of stuff I did not know about. I had the pleasure to personally meet with Mr. Scott whom I found to be very polite and professional. Mr. Scott assisted me with inheritance issues and the drafting of a living trust. Mr. Scott is very knowledgeable in these legal matters. Also, Mr. Scott brought to my attention an extremely important matter regarding the sale of inherited real estate property which could have created problems for me.
