Prices are out of hand and they suggested $3,000 of work for my Nissan. A private mechanic fixed my car for $600. I believe they do good work, but they are also sucking up as much money as they can.

Very professional and just decent, honest people. Cory was on the phone with me every few days with updates and although the car ultimately wasn't fixable within my budget they were honest about it, didn't fix anything I didn't ask them to, and were even kind enough to hold the car for a few days until pick-n-pull could come take it. If and when my next car needs service I'll definitely be back.

Honest and competent. Mark went out of his way to patiently explain my options and all associated costs and/or risks.

Great place to take your car. Very thorough & they give you a call to tell you what's wrong & the price before they do anything. This is our place to go when our cars need something.

I am so happy I started bringing my car here! My service advisor Cherie was so on top of it and knowledgeable. She was so friendly and really made me feel like a friend and not just a customer. My experience here was absolutely the best and I won't take my cars anywhere else. I highly recommend!

Women and seniors or anyone, beware of double dipping and inflated prices! Had vehicle there for 2 weeks and was quoted $5600 for torque converter..then another $6000 for trans...oldest trick in the book according to my resources. I contacted many auto repair and trans shops and they rarely and hardly ever do a torque converter without a transmission. Please educate yourselves regarding auto repairs... Generally, when you are desperate, some places will inflate the prices and find ways to add on at the last minute when you are expecting your vehicle back. There are resources out there when you feel that you've been taken advantage of. Namely, BAR which stands for Bureau of Auto Repair, a government agency that will go to bat and investigate for you. There is also ADA, which stands for Americans with Disabilities Act. Good places to start! I gave the shop 1 star because I did get my deposit back along with the diagnostic fee. Was told by AAA membership services that they were supposed to give a 50% discount on the Diagnostic fee..but that didn't happen. By the way, this shop is not AAA approved. It is privately owned.. so if you have a AAA membership, make sure the shop you take it to is AAA approved. It only has the AAA name on it... AAA membership folks were amazing by the way! Not to be confused with this shop, totally different baby! Hope this helps anyone out there who feels they've been taken advantage of presently, past or future.

I've been reading the poor reviews and it seems some people just rise on the wrong side of the bed. Cherie was fantastic and was so helpful every step of the way. She called me several times not only to update the progress of the vehicle, but also to see how I was doing. She set me up with a very inexpensive rental when the car was being repaired.

Do not sign up for road side assistance, my car broke down in my driveway leaving to work and took over 4 hours to get “the first available technician” after about 3 different updates saying another hour, another hour. Horrible service if they can’t keep up with the demand. Either offer a service you can provide in a timely manner or don’t offer it at all, such a waste of my time and money.

Do not take your car here! I just had the worst experience, I needed to have my back up camera replaced under warranty work, I was told they were going to order the part, so they setup an appointment a week later. never bothered to tell me that they never got the part. I had to call the day before to find out they didn't have it. The girl I was working with (Cherie) was extremely rude to me. I was told they were looking for the part and would call me. Didn't call back until days later, at this point my warranty had expired. The mourning I dropped my car off I tried talking to Cherie and she just flung her hand at me to put my keys in them, did not say a word just dirty looks. I texted later that afternoon to see when it would be ready... Nothing until 4:30 saying it's ready. I had a $50 deductible due. but they would not give my car unless I paid $100. Came back the next mourning to speak to the manager told him my story and he apologized and said he would refund the $100 and I would pay nothing. I said good. he even Emailed me a receipt for it. after I left he cancelled the refund. So yes they are thief's! I reported to bank and will let them pursue it. You couldn't pay me to take my car back here!

Quality of service has declined since AAA took over from Kniesel's. Scheduled an appointment for 1:00 on 1/20/2023 for a standard oil change. The receptionist asked me if I planned to stay while the service was done. I said I would come back when they called. I called them at 4:15 to see if the car was ready. The guy told me that they had just finished. 15 minutes later I received the service check that detailed other recommended work. Some was quite serious but I never received a call or email like Kniesel's would have sent. When I picked up the car, I asked to speak to the manager. Told he wouldn't be available until Monday.Going to look elsewhere. Too bad. Was a Kniesel customer for more than 5 years and have been a AAA member for over 40 years.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

We pulled in because it was the first driveway after our tire went flat. Without even asking, an employee came over to help us change it out with the spare. This random act of kindness was very much appreciated! And we will definitely use them in the future.

I've had my Mini Cooper serviced here (also as Kniesels) quite a few times and I'm always been satisfied until today.I had an oil change performed and asked to make sure my brake pads get checked also. I was then asked if I wanted my tires rotated and I said that was not necessary. Apparently because they did not rotate my tires and did not remove my tires they, did not check the brakes either. I was told my Mini Cooper had a idiot light for the brake pads. Upon further research, it seems that the sensors need to be replaced every time the brake pads are replaced and it is unlikely this was done previously thus there would be no warning. Now I have to find another garage and drop my car off again for a proper inspection.I also asked to diagnose a check engine light which I am pretty confident would be a warranty issue from a previous cam sensor replacement they performed. This diagnosis was not performed,,, to avoid the warranty replacement? I'm not sure but they did not perform it as I requested

I've been coming here for a while, and the customer service and attention to my vehicle has always been amazing.

Customer service is not what the old Kniesels used to be.
