I came in to buy a silver chain for some agate stones I purchased on Etsy and Heather was the most welcoming, helpful and enjoyable person I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She suggested the most perfect adjustable silver chain and even had her jeweler remove the jump ring and attach the stones for me. It was ready so quickly and truly everything was perfection. The whole staff is amazing, I look forward to my next visit hopefully soon!!

The most professional, incredibly welcoming and friendly staff and management I've encountered. Especially John Madrigal... who is extremely knowledgeable, committed to the best service, and always interested in the customers satisfaction. Every time I walk through the door, whether purchasing or getting a watch battery or scheduling a certified appraisal, I feel at home.

Service at both locations was horrible. Roseville tried to show me rings that I've already told them I'm not interested in nor like. Showed me the same ones 3 times until I walked out. Then Reno's location the person that helped me was very uneducated. Made me laugh on things he was saying and I just walked out and went elsewhere.

Wow, the selection of Diamonds is incredible. The staff are very knowledgeable. We were in the store for a couple hours looking for a Diamond Bracelet for our 45th Anniversary and left knowing that we got a great deal and the most gorgeous Bracelet. We will be back, I'm sure, to shop for Birthday and Christmas gifts.

I'm from the Bay Area visiting families, I went there to change the battery for a watch for my mother-in-law. I was met by John, he was super friendly and he changed the battery for me. While he was changing the battery, I was browsing and saw a beautiful diamond ring with a London blue topaz. I know topaz is cheap by the dozen, but the design of the ring was gorgeous. Since I had to quickly get back to my MIL, I told John I would be back the following week to purchase the ring. When I came back I bought it and John had it resized within an hour. I would definitely recommend Kenny G & Co. jeweler. I would come back again, I think next time, I'll look for a tanzanite diamond ring.When I got back to the Bay Area, I took my ring to a gemologist, she reviewed the ring and it is as stated by Kenny G & Co. Even though the ring is pricey, for what's it's worth, the ring was beautiful and I liked it. That's all it matter. Thank you, John for a wonderful shopping experience! I love the location of the store front.

Buyers be aware and please avoid doing business with this company at all costs! I recently purchased a diamond ring with them for my fiance and shortly thereafter found out they use inferior, lower grade, lower quality diamonds and grossly overcharge compared to fair market prices. They also state they do not grade their diamonds, and are unable to provide GIA or AGS report for their diamonds. I was very misled throughout the entire buying experience. I was shocked by the behavior from multiple staff including the owner when we surfaced this issue. The owner was extremely rude when speaking to my fiance and actually talked down to her. If you are considering doing business with them, please save yourself the heartburn and stay far away. I unfortunately learned the hard way.

Buyers be aware, please do not do business with this place. We purchased an engagement ring here and found out they use inferior, lower quality diamond and overcharge for the price. They also claim they do not grade their diamonds, and unable to provide any GIA or ASG reports.The owner and multiple staff members talk down to women and does not show respect, especially to minority women. Please do not support this kind of behavior and walk away. Please educate yourself before purchasing any diamonds or jewelry, please think twice before coming here.

I was referred to this company by a friend in the diamond business because I was told that this is one place where you can count on being treated honestly and fairly in a line of business where those qualities are not always prevalent in other retailers. And, boy, was my friend, right!!! It has been a pleasure dealing with Kenny, JoAnne, and Jodi, as well as a staff of many others that are always extremely courteous and helpful. Frankly, after more than $50,000 in sales, and counting, I think I would have to say that this is my most favorite retailer in the entire state of California!!!! If you are looking for a fantastic place to put a smile on a loved one's face, at a very fair and reasonable price, then you cannot go wrong at any Kenny G & Company Fine Jeweler location. My highest recommendation possible!!!!

Based on a recommendation from a friend, I visited Kenny G to resize my fiancés ring. The service was pleasant and professional. After the first sizing, the ring didn't fit perfectly; however, the store offered a free resizing to get it right. We appreciate their help and the ring fits perfectly. Highly recommend!

Had a really great purchase experience today with Vivian--it's our fourth time shopping at this location. Provided options for what I had in mind, helped me select the right piece, and worked with me on pricing. Quality products, and have always honored their warranties when we have had issues on other rings we've purchased here. The office staff is extremely friendly and personable.

Can't be more happy with the repair to my wife's wedding ring. After 25 years of abuse, they fixed it and cleaned it all for free. All with a smile. Didn't ask us to buy anything, just happy to take care of a customer in need.

Kenny G was the worst experience ever they kept my ring for over a week and wasnt ready as promised then told me that i would ruin this sales reps vacation if he had to go get my ring. So had to wait till following week to get it. Kenny g is a jewlery warehouse they have no instore jeweler. Everything gets sent out. Would not recommend at all.
