Moving 2300 miles with a family of 5 and 3 dogs was not easy, Keith and his team answered just about every phone call and answered every one of my 1000 questions even if that meant calling numerous times in one day. I know it was annoying at times but no matter what they remained professional, and all the way to the end fought to make my and my family's needs a priority. The VA just about took us out there at the end but Keith and his team have the knowledge and the expertise to do what needs to be done to overcome even the craziest of home-buying obstacles. I could not have moved my family to a better location without them. Special shoutout to Joy, she definitely got the brunt of me. Thank you for being patient and sticking it out with me!

Keith, Joy and the rest of the team were amazing to work with. They were so organized and able to help with every question we had through our process. They also alerted us when items changed and we had to adjust from our original plan and we were able to get into our house with no issues. We met Keith and his team when we purchased our first home 5 years ago. As being first time home buyer’s Keith was amazing and walked us through each set of the process, called us often to check in and ask if we had any questions. Between him and his team everything went smoothly. 5 stars for Keith and his team. First, this was our very first home mortgage. After living in Manhattan and Seattle for a total of 15+ years, we decided now was the time to break out of the “big city” system and establish roots elsewhere. It was a major help that Keith came experienced living in both worlds -- big city and small town -- while being intimately aware of housing market dynamics across a variety of neighborhoods in the state we decided to move to. Second, after hearing so many nightmare stories, my wife and I were very careful, border line paranoid, about picking the cream of the crop. Keith was never late to a call, personable, and always provided a variety of options (even at cost to his own revenue). He was objective, and his team provided the pros and cons of each option without ever being pushy. Third, their technology platform makes things incredibly simple for what is a very complex and stressful process, especially if you’re a first time home buyer. We interviewed several candidates who were competent, but their process was still rooted in outdated approaches. Keith Collins and his team were very instrumental in helping me purchase my home 8 years ago. I had approximately 30 days to find a place for my son and I to live because my then landlord was selling the condo which I leased from her due to medical reason. I knew that I didn’t want to be at the mercy of another landlord and I also knew that I was ready for home ownership. Once I found my home Keith and his team made sure that the process went smoothly. We closed escrow within 3 weeks and it lifted a huge weight off of my shoulders during a very stressful time. We actually found Keith on Yelp years ago when we bought our house (2017). (I left him a review on yelp also years ago as we loved him so much :)) My husband and I were buying our first home together and we found Keith and our realtor Brandon Leon together and we felt so blessed. The whole process was amazing and Keith and Brandon were more like our friends. They’re also Christians which for us is a huge bonus. We then refinanced with Keith’s team and again, just a great experience. We feel very comfortable with them and feel they have our best interest at heart.
