I bought a truck from them in 2019, I came from over a hundred miles away, I told them that I did not want to be on any mailing lists at all because I was not planning on returning to their dealership because I live so far away, they never honored that, after several years and several phone calls asking to PLEASE be removed, they assured me that I would no longer receive mailings......... here we are in Dec 2022, I got rid of my chevy truck early this year but these idiots STILL send me mailers, mailers that I never wanted.... this is the most disrespectful dealership I have ever engaged with and would beg you to buy somewhere else, avoid these people like covid.
UPDATE 2023 Dec.: Still getting calls and texts and garbage mailed to me. What a desperate dealership.
Update 2024: I am still receiving mailers from these guys, how disrespectful to your previous customers, I have called so many times and asked to be removed...... What a nightmare dealership!!!
UPDATE Aug 2024: Still receiving mailers from these disrespectful people. I think I will update every time they mail me something.

The advisor took advantage of my 17 year old by failing to provide full transparency about the fees. My son brought his truck in for a checkup and this dealership charged him $450.00 for two separate “diagnostic” fees. This is unacceptable behavior. No service was provided and there is no way your visual inspection of minor front bumper damage in any way warranted a diagnostic fee. I am so disappointed in this dealership. I have not only purchased multiple cars from this dealership but have three vehicles regularly serviced there. I will never go back to that dealership again. I realize a large business such as this does not care about one client but do this enough times and it will affect your future dealings.

I had a check engine light on and needed an oil change. I was happy to find out the repair was under warranty for the most part but I did need a new rear mounted battery. The cost to replace was about what it would cost had I bought it myself at the local auto parts store. All in all, a great job.

Decided to give Chevy a try. Needed a truck for business and they try to work out the price we agreed. My wife decide to pick up the car same night so our sales person not loose the commission. We ended up taking the car home and 2-3 days later and I was washing the truck and I notice there is a dent on one of the interior speakers. Text our sales person right away and said Adam out sakes manager will call us. Came in twice talk to couple other manager. Called in for weeks and talk to few people including another manager Austin and they said we will call you so we’d can figure it out. Now it’s been 3 months, no one have called or anything. I feel like I made a big mistake trying to get a truck with this new place since it’s new ownership. Save yourself a headache and try to go next door to GMC.
