From Illinois. My local J.Jill in Kildeer,IL is awful. Snooty sales people who ignore you if you do not know you. Everything I own with the exception of underwear and some shoes are J.Jill. The staff at Roseville are the opposite. Always welcoming and helpful. The store is very neat with everything in it's place. I am glad I am temporarily located out here so I can shop there. My store made me switch to shopping online exclusively.

New location is beautiful in Mall 2nd floor next to Nordstrom.Always pristine...Always enjoy shopping at J.Jill. Beautiful store with great clothes. It would be even better if the sales ladies actually smiled, greeted customers and asked if need need help finding anything. This is my experience over the past several years that I've shopped at this location. Never feel welcome here.

Located on the 1st floor, outside of Nordy's. When I walked in the store, the staff greeted and offered assistance. Staff is helpful. The clothing items are well organized. Sales items are a good price. I usually find a couple of pieces to take home. Returns are easy as long as I have my order number for online purchases. Overall, when I am in the area again, I will come to this store again.

I have paid on time and been a very loyal customer. I just got a bill for a $2.00 "fee" with no explanation for what? I paid the bill in full and on time. They closed their Pavillions store which was a busy store. They don't want my business apparently.

The 4 star review is for the employees of this store in Roseville. but read the rest of my review please. My store in Sacramento at Pavillions recently closed and so those of us who ENJOY J Jill clothes now drive to Roseville. But, all we can say as customers is "What is this Corporate Office thinking?" Women my age don't coupon shop nor shop sales much. At this point in our lives we pay full price and all we want is a convenient store and good service. The Roseville store cannot provide that as the store is WAY TOO SMALL and you cannot tell where petite starts or stops and you cannot shop as you simply cannot see the clothes as there is no space to see them! It is a MAD HOUSE jamming everything into this tiny space. I FELT SORRY FOR THE SALES CLERKS. The Pavillions store was roomy and you felt welcomed not jammed like a sardine. I had to WAIT IN LINE to try on a garment in Roseville TODAY (MAY 15) and it was pure chaos as there were not enough dressing rooms. If J Jill's Corporate Office is trying to get rid of us they have made a good start. Frankly at my age I don't have a budget, I can spend what I like. Women my age have been kicked around in jobs, by ex-husbands and maybe even our grown children. We are NOT willing to be kicked around by an IGNORANT AND THOUGHTLESS COPORATION who thinks dismissing their WELL OFF customer base WITH MONEY TO SPEND ON CLOTHES is a good idea. WOW - Just plain stupid.

They need to make their return policy easier. I had my store credit card and the package the items were shipped in and that was not enough! Usually when you have the store credit card they are able to easily process your return but she said the store credit card and their system run separately. I'm sorry, what??? I had to scour through emails and find an order number. I had just been to Pottery Barn and they processed my return immediately using my store card. If returns are a hassle then I won't shop here.
