At front of this store, we found a trash can which was fire burning inside because of someone tossed a cigarette. I told the young lady who was working at this store about the burning trash can, but her answer was “trash can is not ours, we can’t do anything about it, sorry.” I asked again, but her answer was same……
Luckily we had drinks on our hands and used it to put out the fire, but wow, she can’t even contact anyone? Smh

Love the clothes, however, the sizing is not consistent so I go in to the Roseville location to try on clothes for sizing. However, the staff is NOT helpful at all, each time I go in they are all standing towards the front of the store talking and don't acknowledge you. Today, I actually had to interrupt them talking to ask for help. Recommendation, do not shop in the store as the staff is horrible.

My shopping experience was unpleasant because of the bad customer service I received from Heather F. I asked one question at the register and she had a snarky attitude and response from the start. Her attitude during the whole transaction put me off. I left displeased and disappointed by what should have been a pleasant and simple interaction/ transaction. This store lost out on business today and all future business. I would rather spend my money elsewhere where sales associates are actually friendly and create a happy shopping experience.

Visited the store this morning and was greeted by a short, curt salesperson who was more concerned about customers messing up the jean display! Annoyed and impatient, she made my shopping experience a negative one. Not once did she check on me in the fitting room for different size options and I wanted to buy a $110 dress for that matter. Never returning to this location again.

I love this store. I don't like to be bothered while I'm shopping so I don't mind that the associates are busy doing other things. When I can't find something I want they help me order it online. They are always running a sale so I don't know about $70 tank tops (comment below). I also am a cardholder so I get coupons and deals weekly. I have a couple outerwear pieces that I've had for years. They never go out of style and they are still a fantastic quality. I also find it hilarious that this lady posted about not being able to come in because she didn't have a mask on. Are you stupid? It's not discrimination if it's state-mandated. You are exactly what is wrong with this country right now.

We were shopping for clothes for my husband and since I love Galleria Mall and J Crew chose the factory store. Great customer service, excellent selection and such amazing deals! Great shopping experience and hubby loves his new clothes!

I have bought my embroidered bib poplin tiered dress there and I absolutely love it. Great discounts, easy parking, outstanding customer service, clean and organized store. I do own a lots of other pieces of clothes and costume jewelry and the quality is always the best.
