I held back from adding a horrible review to this dealership but now I won't anymore. We made an appointment and we had to tow our car in bc we couldn't start it. When we got there they told us that they have no time for us and will have to leave our car there for a few days. I complained that we made an appointment so they shouldn't take other cars ahead of us. They agreed to look at it and hooked up their computer. They couldn't start the car, told us that we'd need another $5K work done bc of a harness issue. They charged us for the service fee, and we had to tow it back home or face the huge amount and extra testing fees.We then took our car to a shop and they started it up in 10min.Now, when I called their parts department, they told me that they won't sell us parts bc I was rude (for telling them that they supposed to service the car when we towed it there with a set appointment and for asking our money back bc they were so incompetent).Don't waste your time, all they can do is sell cars and do oil changes (if they do that well).Rating: negative 10This is the response to the managing partner:I called in the day before to postpone my appointment since they offered it when they called for the reminder. The guy I spoke with told me that there's no need to postpone but we can come an hr or so after and that's OK. So, we did.I made the appointment to program the ECM we had to buy bc the original broke. The techs told me they had it programmed and that's not why it didn't start. They assumed harness issue but wanted to keep the car for a few days. At that point I didn't trust they knew how to program the ECM bc they showed me couple extra OBDII codes that weren't there before. And we didn't want to get into the possible major expense. The shop we took our car to hooked up their computer and were able to get into the system in 10min to program the ECM to the car which I wasn't able to without the authorizing codes... that's what became apparent that the dealer tech/computer wasn't able to do either.

David was AWESOME. Was nervous to shake up my life after being on my ninth Ford Mustang, GT and try something new he was super friendly awesome communicator made the process, so smooth and seamless along with the rest of the team there. I’ve never been an infinity guy so have never experienced this dealership but selling me a Tesla performance model was awesome thank you guys.

I was helped immediately by a salesperson when I got here looking for an 8 seater today. The manager also made sure I left with a booklet with all the information I need. I’m looking forward to coming here soon to purchase a new QX80.

Charged $500 for basically an oil change and air filters change.The tires were supposed to be rotated -- they never did!I marked the tires before service, and they never rotated them, even if I was charged.Update: I also found out that the cabin air filter was not replaced. Two items that were listed on the service paper were not done.The Service Manager contacted me and they refunded the full amount that I paid -- this is why I am raising to 2 starts.Yet, I do not feel comfortable taking my car there, and I am questioning previous jobs I have done there as well .

Absolutely amazing first time experience getting work done at a dealership and my service advisor, Dylan could not have set me up better for success. Within the arrival of my appointment, we looked at the issues at glance (leak) and he was very thorough in details and explaining the process of how it would be with warranty etc. Additionally, he was able to make quick work of getting the car thoroughly inspected, giving me a quote for each repair and getting it all submitted to get warranty work done without any issues on my end. I would recommend coming to this Infiniti if you want integrity and ethics and be greeted with a smile.

Esther is THEE best sales woman I’ve ever purchased a car from! She knows these vehicles inside and out and strives to get you the best deal possible. I make a special point to see her and say hello every time I bring my car in for service. I can always call her for questions and she even helps me with scheduling an appointment! If you'd like to have your money played with and your credit ran a bunch of times when you never asked for it you're looking at the right place to buy! I have went to various dealerships trying to find my car and ended up buying one with elf grove Infiniti because of the terrible experience I had at Roseville. They will trick you into thinking you need to spend nearly 2k on a auto theft system which I was told was mandatory, luckily Elk Grove dealership assured me this was all a lie and it is not needed. I pleaded with the man telling him why would I have to pay for this and he insisted it was a requirement the entire time. The level of low you have to be to try to trick someone into paying 2k additional on top a car. You're sick for pushing it so hard on me and for being so dishonest. I gave them a heads up I won't be financing through you period yet they still tried to give me various options in terms of financing when I already had a pre approval and stressed I won't go anywhere else. Nadine, Steven and Jeff was AMAZING, this was the best, easy, stress free car buying experience I every had. Nadine really worked magic in getting me a low APR. I loved her conversation she’s a very compassionate interesting person. Steven came from out of know where offering his help, getting my rental car back, he offered me a ride back from the car rental place and he ALSO filled the rental car up with gas. He made my experience easy. I believe this was a safe caring place. Im happy with my purchase of my vehicle and my extend warranty and my gap insurance I’m feel worry free.

Dylan Thayer is the guy!!! Best Advisor I’ve ever had at any Infiniti location. I come in and go straight to him, he will always take great care of you. I don’t get my car serviced anywhere else. Amazing customer service, and overall perfect experience.

How often do you hear, "I purchased my car based on the customer service I recieved at the dealership" ? Not too often I'm sure. I have about 2 years of experience working with this dealership. The people that work there have great attitudes and actually work hard to retain your business and build trust. You don't feel at their Mercy they actually do everything they can to help you when it comes to repairs or needing a vehicle loaner in the meantime when you drop your car off. I have the name one person in particular, Dylan Thayer. I had my 2018 Q50 for a year and got into an unfortunate accident that totaled the car. So I was in the market for a new car and based on the customer service I received from Dylan, I bought another Q50. I have had such rough experiences with Ford Chevrolet and Honda, I did not want to let go of my relationship with Roseville Infiniti. Yes I do love the car itself but the deciding factor of purchasing another was made based on the skill attentiveness friendliness and care of the staff at Roseville Infiniti. Thank you for your good work.
