It’s ok. Not sure how well the rooms are cleaned. Some hairpins on the carpet that didn’t belong to me and there was a drawstring (like from a hoodie or sweatpants) on the floor next to the toilet that also didn’t belong to me. Desk people were really nice and the hotel looks nice. Room was big enough and the fridge worked. Also location was perfectly in the middle of everything; restaurants, shopping, etc. It was a weekend so kind of loud and kids running up and down the hallway but that stopped around 11pm. Not terrible but not great either.

Had to call late evening for toilet paper. There should have been plenty in the bathroom. Sink should be in the bathroom for privacy.
Rooms: Clean but did not touch up the room every other day during our 7 day stay.
Nearby activities: Lots of activities in the area. Next to Hugh mall. Plenty of various restaurants and auto mall. Freeway access!
Safety: Active area! Fast cars moving about.
Walkability: Walk to the shopping mall and restaurants.
Food and drinks: Breakfast each morning was superb and fresh with many varieties of juices, fruits, etc.

Pleasant stay... only downside was being charged for early check in without them disclosing the charge up front. We only found out when we left and checked our bill.

This place is right next to the Galleria at Roseville which is convenient. There are a lot of places to eat nearby.
- The rooms are spacious and feel updated. There were some fingerprints that could have been wiped off better. It was overall clean.
- The bathrooms don't have a bathtub, just a shower.
- The shower water pressure is strong. Very strong.
- The bathroom sink faucet can get hot water fast which is convenient.
- The bathroom light is very dim.
- The bath towels are nice and long.
- There is a small fridge, a large safe, and a coffee machine (not Keurig).
- The bag for the ice bucket did not fit the bucket.
- There are two shades at the window, one for light and one for blackout. They do go all the way down.
- The tv area has a bunch of inputs, but I didn't explore them.
- Parking was convenient and we got a spot out front.
- The rooms seemed pretty sound proof as we didn't hear any bathrooms, showers, pipes or other noises from other rooms or even the hallway.
We had a weird experience with the elevators where we were going up to the 6th floor but it stopped on the 4th and we didn't notice so we got out. The people who called the elevator got on. We wondered if the elevators just stop if they get called, and it doesn't matter if the party clicked up or down. The ground floor is the only place where it shows if the elevators were going up or down.
It definitely felt like an older building that got remodeled especially with the popcorn ceilings. (Though I'm sure that helps with minimizing the sound).
The hotel lobby is small. When we came to check in around 5pm, no customers were at the counter but the 3 staff at reception were busy. It took about 10 minutes until someone was available to check us in. It was otherwise a fast process. Checkout also was a fast process.
We did not eat breakfast there ($11 I believe), but there is a cute cafe section and small bar. There is an outdoor patio with a table that can have a small fire. There is also a pool.
There were some guests that smelled like they were smoking in their rooms even though it's a non-smoking hotel. You could smell them when you shared the elevator or if they recently got off the elevator.
Overall it was a pleasant stay.
Walkability: Roseville is pretty spread out. I would recommend driving.
Food and drinks: There are lots of restaurants in the area, including the mall next door, the Galleria at Roseville.

Great hotel with minimal inconveniences from the construction! Evening shift employees were excellent and extremely attentive and helpful! Definitely will be staying at Hyatt more often!

The hotel was under construction but they did an excellent job keeping it quiet and comfortable. In the room, they offered 2 free waters and some candy with a note to make sure the stay was exceptional despite the construction; this also included specialty breakfast pastries, which were amazing!
My husband did some laps in the pool. Not a huge pool but was good enough for him. The hottub was cold but maybe it was off because of the construction.
I liked that you could park in front or in back to be close to the door. The back entrance led right to the elevators.
Gym was open 24 hours and there were multiple bathrooms available on the main floor.
Two thumbs up for this Hyatt Place!
Rooms: Our room was extremely spacious for our family of four; I very much like they layout, with the fridge and desk over near the sofabed. Comfortable beds. Everyone felt like they had their own space. I'm not a fan of the sink outside of the bathroom but it worked out just fine. Excellent shower pressure.
Nearby activities: This hotel is right next to a huge mall and another huge shopping center with additional restaurants all over the place. There's also a Golf n Splash and an escape room nearby. You name it, it's probably close. We did white water rafting and ATV rentals, both around 30 minutes away. What a great location!

Didn’t stay here but they were kind enough to offer us services when I booked the wrong hotel. Wife was happy with the overall service. Made me look a little less stupid.

I called to confirm pet stays were allowed and they gladly said yes it's 75 for the whole stay. Well they failed to mention that it meant only dogs not including cats!! I would think that would be an important piece of information to disclose. On top of that the lady was very nonchalant about it and when I told her it was inconvenient she just shrugged and pursed her lips. Elderly lady very thin, very cold and seemed to be bothered by the situation. No sorry, nothing just an oh well we don't care attitude. I wish I could give 0 stars and that would be too much.
