H&R Block in Roseville, CA on Pleasant Grove is AWESOME! They get you in and out within your scheduled time and will do what they can to work within your schedule. The BEST tax person in the office is Joyce Wright, if you get her you are set, and never need to worry again, she FINDS EVERYTHING!! H&R Block ALL THE WAY!!

Zed went above and beyond to take care of us. On top of filling this years taxes he was able to look into our previous year and get us an even bigger return than we had originally gotten through filling on turbo tax. Thank you zed!

My husband and I have moved around the country in the last few years and had several big life changes. We've worked with H&R Block for three years to make sure our taxes are done correctly and each year we've had a good experience.This year, we worked with Dorene at H&R Block in Roseville and she was wonderful!! She was friendly and professional, she made sure we had everything we needed, and she made everything super easy for us. We are confident our taxes have been done correctly and it was so nice to not have to deal with the stress of doing it ourselves!

We do our taxes quarterly. Started the business in November and used them in January. We were set up to file again in April. We uploaded our docs and heard nothing, then emailed and then called and we heard absolutely nothing back. Never got a response. They got over $400 for our January filing and completely ghosted us on our April filing. Completely left us high and dry and scrambling to find someone. This H&R Block might do well for regular employees but if you own a business and file quarterly, I’d steer clear. Completely unreliable.

I started to work with H&B block a few years ago when my current CPA could not get my taxes right. H&R block person found the correct way and I have started to use them since. I moved to Roseville and chose the local office.I just submitted the papers over the web to Katie German and scheduled time.She had prepared everything in a few days even during the busy tax period. I reviewed them as I had problems with others before and all seemed well and correct.I had a call with her, and she explained additional details and was very prompt over email, too.It was the easiest tax filing ever for me!

Absolutely useless and an absolute ripoff. You’ll get less money in your return and they charge more. Go anywhere else but here. You could pay a homeless guy who hasn’t touched a computer in 10 years to do your taxes and he’d be more reliable. I reached out with a question (before filing with TurboTax which is actually reliable) and by the time they reached out to me it was passed the filing deadline, and they didn’t even answer my question or help with troubleshooting. Totally worthless and useless. I’d give 0 stars if I could

I went there with a few years of back filing. Single income, a few kids, nothing else. No house, no other deductions, pretty simple you would think. I was in there about 15 minutes for 2 years of filings. I paid 275.00 for what I thought was 2 years of filings . I went back and found out it was for one year. They wanted 250.00 each for the following three years. Thats 1000.00 for 4 years of simple fillings for about 45 minutes of work. That comes out to a rate of about 1250 an hour. I didn't pay and am taking my business elsewhere. I'm contacting the head office to find out what the hell happened. I mean come on, I don't make that much money and it was a basic filing. Everybody else was paying 100-120. If you come here, find out a head what the fee will be
