First time customer. I’m very happy overall. I paid far less than the quote I was given from another shop. Communication was great and the guys behind the counter were friendly with a sense of humor. Work was completed pretty fast for a big job. I will gladly refer others to this shop.

I’ve used these guys for years after a less reliable shop tried to sell me something I didn’t need. They truly are honest with reliable service and great work. They’re booked out 2 weeks in advance everytime I go which tells me people trust them like I do. Not gonna go wrong here.

The owners of Honest Engine of Roseville are AWESOME folks. They put the underside of my vehicle back together after a certain popular autoshop in the area lefts bits loose or missing from the bottom.. not that I'm going to name any names.. *cough, Future of Nissan Roseville* They also changed my oil and checked my transmission for a very affordable rate. No unnecessary work was prescribed for my vehicle either! Ladies, if you need to have your car checked on, this shop will not disappoint. I do not know if they intentionally meant to have the acronym of the auto shop as HER - but I feel it very fitting! ? Thank you gentlemen!!

Paul and Doug were the greatest! They took the time to find out what was going on with my car and figured it out. Once they figured out what was wrong they repaired it quickly and they price was great. I had never gone there before but was recommended by a friend of mine and I will be recommending them to my friends. I will definitely be going back there but hopefully not too soon but the next time my car needs something done I will be calling Honest Engine.

So I'll start right in the middle. The first impression was very good. But at I need more work done I feel some of the work is charged to high... I still have some stuff that need to be done. .. I'm worried I'll still need more work to get my vehicle up and running ...I understand cars are expensive... But not EVERYTHING should be so high...

Best service ever. Paul went above and beyond to help me in a moment of need. Late on A cold Monday night way after closing he helped me when I was towed in with a dead alternator. Made a space in the garage for me to park and eased my mind about getting the car safe and repaired. He was upfront, honest, and set great up front expectations. Then he over delivered by getting my car back to me running much faster than I would have in any other situation. I cannot thank Honest Engine enough and highly recommend their services.
