Hilton brand is going down hill. The bathroom was dirty, not swept or mopped. Toilet bowl not cleaned. Previous dirt still there. The towels had hair, and hair in shower. Only 1 person cleaning the whole floor of rooms, maybe that's why the room was dirty.

If you are a light sleeper, please consider another property. This hotel is right beside a highway. You won't be able to sleep all night!!

When we checked in at about 8 o'clock at night, we got to our room and there was blood on the carpet. We immediately notified the front desk and they switched our rooms. We chose this hotel because we got a great rate and it was close to family we were visiting. However, if you are a light sleeper or bothered by noise, I would NOT choose this hotel. It overlooks an 8 lane highway and the noise is nonstop. It literally backs right up to the highway. Obviously, there's nothing the hotel can do about this. But, if you have earplugs and a noise machine, please bring them! After reading some reviews, I made sure to bring these items and it was the only thing that ensured we actually slept during the night. I attached a picture of the floorplan and highlighted the rooms that literally line the highway (applies to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors). It was weird to me that there is no vent in the bathroom. As soon as you turn on the shower, the bathroom gets incredibly steamy. The doors automatically closed, so I imagine that these bathrooms are going to get incredibly moldy with the lack of ventilation, and the door closing each time you enter and exit. You have to pay $17 per person each day for a breakfast buffet. I believe there are more inexpensive options available. I was not aware of this ahead of time. We generally try to stay at hotels that offer free breakfast and coffee, so this was definitely a negative about this hotel. they do have microwaves in the room and a very small fridge. Coffee was not free at this hotel in the morning, but there are Keurig makers in the rooms. I would make sure you bring your own sugar and creamer if you actually want to enjoy your coffee (only 2 sugar packets provided). It was OK as a place just to sleep, but I definitely won't be back. Way too noisy and can get free coffee and breakfast elsewhere.

It was quaint. I really like the location. Their comforter was super soft. I thought their “Zero,” products were super cute. How we checkout products in the cooler area could be better clarified, and it being pitch black in the parking lot at 7pm (Daylight Savings was today tho), are my only suggestions for improvement.Nearby activities: I really liked the location. It’s tucked away but also highly accessible and close to event areas.Food & drinks: Breakfast in the morning was brought to my attention and highly convenient. I love the buffet option so I can just grab and go.

We needed to check in a little early. The front desk agent was able to accommodate us. He was also very friendly and welcoming.The rooms were clean. We only stayed one night so we didn't really get to enjoy all the other amenities such as the pool and the fitness room. However, the fitness room was a more equipped location than others I have stayed.I do like the Hilton properties with the Continental breakfast more than the cooked order. This property is cooked to order. Always on coffee but also be appreciated. There are Keurig cups rops in the room.I stay it quite a few hotels in the course of a year and this is one of the better locations.

Room was 77 degrees when we entered, which is WAY too hot to sleep comfortably. AC was broken and would not come on. Went to the front desk as well as tried calling several times to have someone come fix it, but nobody was there and we never got an answer on the phone. Finally gave up as we were exhausted and needed to get some sleep. Luckily the window opened, but you can hear the freeway from the room so it was incredibly LOUD. Garbage can was also full of the prior guest’s garbage.

Depending on room location you might have car or train noise. Good price and free parking. Plenty of food nearby and the Galleria is close. Needed a place near Apple Hill for vacation.Rooms: Train and traffic noise depending on room location.

We checked in late at night and got to our room. We never saw any staff as we checked in on our phone and got digital keys. Upon entering our room there were blood splatters and marks all over the carpet. It was not just a small amount either and looked like no one even attempted to clean it. We went down to reception and waited for someone to arrive. They apologized and got us another room thankfully. All in all I wouldn't stay here again.

I am here currently and honestly I can’t believe how much sound I hear from the cars and planes going by outside. It’s awful and so loud through my window and I just don’t know how I’m going to be able to sleep. Literally it’s awful I could just cry. And the air conditioner turns on for probably 60 seconds and turns off and back on every 5 minutes but I have to have it on because it feels hot in this room ugh. I’m about to lose my mind and it’s not even 11pm. Going to be a looooong night omg. I love every Hilton property I’ve stayed and and always choose Hilton first if it’s an option due to them always expected to be so nice and have always been satisfied, but this is the worst one I have ever stayed in hands down. Wish the one we stayed last time was available it was clean and amazing, If looking for hotel in Roseville, stay at the Homewood Suites and take my advice to avoid staying here :(

It was just ok, late night service was awful since the only had one person. And the lady was amazing and the one blonde was awful at customer service. They couldn't left the desk to grab an extra blanket that was already in the room but the maids took for some reason .The pool and jacuzzi was nice.

Needed a room late and luckily they had one. Room was clean and spacious. Service was great at 11:30PM. My only complaint was really the price. A bit pricy for a single person with a single bed for what amounted to being a 7 hour stay.

Unsafe! They gave the electronic key to another party--double booked us in the same room. Had I not placed the door latch on, someone would have entered my room at 430AM! Yes! Someone had our electronic key and was also booked in the same room. Management totally downplayed this error and continues to downplay the severity of what happened. No explanation was provided.

UNSAFE!!!My recent stay from June 25th to June 26th turned out to be a traumatizing event. What was meant to be a relaxing trip with my 11-year-old son turned into a series of unsettling events that raised concerns about safety and the hotel's crisis management.Upon arrival, we completed online check-in and accessed our room with a digital key. However, our sense of security was shattered upon finding an unfamiliar backpack. I promptly reported this to the receptionist, who appeared puzzled and offered an apology. Despite his assurance that I was the only occupant, the breach left me uneasy.The staff kindly offered us complimentary breakfast and snacks and reiterated that no one else was booked in the same room.The peak of our ordeal occurred at 4:34 AM when our room door opened, hitting the security door stopper I had put into place. I remained still, avoiding disturbance to my sleeping son. Assuming the person would contact the front desk, I stayed passive. About 15 minutes later, the individual tried to enter again. This time, I engaged in conversation. He explained he was also assigned the room and that no staff were available downstairs. I agreed to accompany him to the front desk for a resolution.Upon reaching the front desk together, no staff were present. Our calls for help went unanswered, leading me to knock on a door behind the counter. Eventually, a staff member emerged, apologizing for the delay. The realization that keys had been issued to two parties for the same room was deeply unsettling. The lack of immediate response and staff during crucial moments intensified the distress.Engaging with Ashley, the Sales manager, resulted in apologies, a refund of room points, and additional points for another night. While appreciated, these actions failed to address the seriousness of the security breach. Her offer of extra points seemed inadequate given the potential danger. Attempts to escalate the matter to higher management yielded limited progress, with my concerns brushed aside by the response team.The staff's lack of urgency and genuine concern regarding this alarming situation is profoundly disappointing. Guest safety should be paramount, and the hotel's failure to address this issue underscores a concerning lack of accountability. The incident has left me undervalued as a customer and questioning the hotel's commitment to guest safety.I urge Hilton to take immediate and comprehensive action, including reevaluating security protocols and enhancing staff training for emergencies. Guests should never endure such distressing experiences while choosing a reputable establishment. My concerns remain unaddressed by upper management, and I will not return. I'm deeply disappointed with Hilton as a whole. There is evidently a security flaw that remains unaddressed, and I encourage everyone to use security door stoppers at all times for their safety.Safety: The electronic key was given to another customer--we were double booked. Someone opened our door at around 430 am. Luckily, I had put the security door stopper on and they did not get in. Huge security issue. Management downplayed my concerns and upper management failed to contact me regarding this severe security breach.
