I visited today looking for gifts and was assisted by a salesperson and he helped me with any questions. I did not purchase directly from the store so I am unsure about service however, their in store service has been amazing.

I had a very disappointing experience with Gucci’s customer service. I purchased a pair of shoes and asked at the time of purchase what would happen if my husband didn’t like them. I was assured that as long as they hadn’t been worn outside, I could return them. After about a week, I brought them back, but they claimed the shoes had been worn. I had only tried them on at home for a few minutes to show my husband and ensure they were comfortable. The manager refused to accept the return, insisting they were ‘worn.’ It felt like their return policy, which is supposed to give customers peace of mind, was just a way to lure people into buying without any real intention of honoring it. If they don’t accept returns after minimal use, it seems misleading. To make matters worse, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive when I tried to explain my side. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience, and I feel like I was taken advantage of.
An updated review: To see if this was a one-off issue, I took the shoes to a different Gucci location—and surprisingly, they accepted the return without any questions! This shows how inconsistent and unreliable their customer service can be depending on the branch. It’s disappointing that such a renowned brand would have such poor customer service at certain locations. This experience has made me think twice about shopping with them again.

My sister had a frustrating experience with Gucci. She was told she could return shoes if they weren’t worn outside, but after trying them on at home, the store refused, claiming they were ‘worn.’ The manager was rude and dismissive. We feel misled by their return policy and won’t be shopping there again.

I had a very pleasant experience! It was the first time that I have been to this particular store. I was greeted when I came in and immediately asked if I needed any help. I knew I wanted a belt but didn’t know my size and I was undecided on which one to get. Janice was so helpful and very sweet! She went to the back multiple times to get different belts in my size. She offered her advice and helped me decide on which belt would be best. I thought the customer service was outstanding and I enjoyed my time here. I highly recommend this store.

Worst customer service ever! and when you ask for their manager, Lucas, the store district manager, will not help you and will be just as rude. For as much as I buy from Gucci (approximately 20 products, totaling more than $40,000), you’d think they’d treat me better. Then I read the reviews, and they are rude across the board, no matter the loyalty. It would be worth the drive to San Jose Valley Fair to avoid this treatment. Or better yet, I will now be a loyal Louis Vuitton client. Avoid this terrible place unless you like being treated like an outcast! Also, they have the worst exchange, return, and repair policy. Go elsewhere!

Awful customer service. Specifically the Asian ladies. They have no courtesy or respect for customers. They are giving Gucci brand a bad name by treating customers the way they do. From the looks of it, most of the reviews are about the poor customer services they provide.

There’s a tall handsome fella with a head of beautiful hair there who is so nice and has such a positive energy, you can’t miss him. He actually made my day. I wish he helped me instead a different man did, smaller and shorter dude, it seemed like he was uninterested in helping me. Clean store tho and the rest of them were cool.

I Love Gucci . Amazing Service
Whenever you are in town, shopping at Gucci in Roseville, I highly recommend Eddie !
Every Time I come to shop he never fails to make me feel comfortable and welcomed.
I always go to Eddie for my luxury needs !
I had to do an exchange on some shoes I bought days prior , and he made the process so easy and helped me in less than 10 minutes !
Although the bad reviews , I always have good service with Eddie

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Gucci store. I purchased a pair of sneakers, but when I tried to return them, the store staff refused to accept them, claiming they were in bad condition. This is simply not true.
Moreover, they also refused to exchange them for another pair, despite a previous assurance from a staff member that it was fine to wear them as long as they remained clean and to test how they felt. This inconsistency in their policy is unacceptable.
I strongly advise against visiting this store or doing any business with them. This is not the first time such issues have occurred with customers. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere for your luxury shopping needs.

Came to buy shoes apparently they came out long time ago the ones I wanted and the Asian lady made it seem like I’m poor and was giving attitude. Like honey you work at Gucci and make probably $18 per hour. Calm your self. Worst ever service. Go to Louis Vuitton in Roseville there customer service is better.

Worst customer service experience ever. I had the worst experience ever and do not recommend ANYONE go to this specific Gucci boutique store. I purchased glasses in store about a week and half ago at the San Jose location. I realized these glasses weren’t for me and wanted to return. Roseville is the closest store to me - about one hour from my house. Note that the ONLY time these glasses were worn were when they were at the display area and I was trying them on multiple times. My thumbprints may have gotten on them as well. When I go to this store, this lady associate inspects them and sees no scratches . She uses this wipe to see if they’ve been worn. It took her about 2 minutes and she comes back saying they were worn. When I look, I see the fingerprints. From the time purchased, they have been in the case. If I wore them multiple times, don’t you think I would like them and keep them. It’s common sense- I don’t lie. Now 500Dollars down the drain and she did not want to listen to what I had to say. It’s outrageous and disrespectful. I wish I asked for manager and got the name of the associate- who needs to be more respectful and open minded to clients

Very rude costumer service. “Annie” was the worst! I don’t know how a store like this could have someone like that working for them.
