I went there just to get a simple haircut, the girl kept cutting in an area I told her someone cut too short before & she kept going to the back of salon & when she came back she kept cutting the same area again. I asked if she is going to cut the top & the manager stepped in & told her to in told her to go to back of store & said she would finish my haircut & then made me wait & when she came to cut my hair she was so rude it was scary, she wouldn't cut my bangs shorter for me & I left there bewildered of what I did wrong..There are other salons far better than this one...

So easy to make an appointment online. The staff is always friendly and helpful to my entire family! I like Great Clips because I have a lung condition and don't have to worry about bleach and other hair dye odors.

I know how I didn’t know about this place before. It's literally 2 minutes from me. You check in on their website and arrive when it’s your turn, it’s brilliant. No need to look for a day and time to schedule an appointment, just check in and that’s it. The prices were very surprising. Nice employees and great work!

I just got a haircut today and yeri did a great job. She was able to understand how I wanted it cut and got it right. She has a eye for detail and took the time to the to get it right and i really appreciated that.

Checked in on App and it was a 29 min wait, received a text message at 15min mark to give you some time to get to store. Store looked clean, no other people in the store waiting. Came into store one person was doing cuts, answering phones, answering incoming client questions. Hairstylist was friendly and quick to cut my hair. She did a good job, applied my coupon to my hair cut charges. She was efficient even though she was doing two people's job. Think other person was on break in the back.

Not busy, but only 2 stylists at the location. When I first went in there was only one, with a 40 minute wait. Hard to get a good haircut these days without having to pay 30- 50 dollars.

I made an appointment using great clip app. There was a 15 minute wait time when I made the appointment. I arrived at the salon 15 minutes after I made the appointment, but there were 3 people ahead of me. I figured i had to wait another 30 to 45 minutes for my turn. Poor wait time estimation.

After asking for a few simple layers and hair framed under my chin and repeatedly explaining that I did not want 4 inches taken off, the woman who kept stabbing me in the head with her fake nails, continued to cut until she took off almost 5 inches and had to say that's enough. My hair grows unbelievably slow which I explained and sadly it will take me a year to get back what she took off. It sounds silly but I want to cry because she took away my confidence when she chopped all my hair off. I will never be going back to this place and I would suggest anyone wanting a haircut from this location should try putting a bowl on your head and giving yourself a trim first as you'll be more pleased with the results.

I highly recommend Melissa. She did a great job cutting my hair. She is friendly and really took the time to cut my hair the way I wanted.

There were no other customers. I was first on the check in list. The stylist refused to do a shampoo and blow dry.
