Based on her incredible knowledge and expertise, she provided us with very valuable information by researching the needed flooring product, providing a timely estimate, and guiding us every step of the way to the final Installation. The communication was exceptional!The installation crew worked diligently and provided a beautiful, seamless constructed LVP flooring throughout our home. They were very meticulous, neat, and clean. They even finished ahead of schedule!I would highly recommend Granite Bay Flooring and Design for all your flooring needs. They provide exceptional service from start to finish. We just bought our forever home and had a fantastic experience with Granite Bay flooring. We have never had wood flooring and the owner Jim showed us a brand called Mirage and how it is made in Canada and of course my husband is a Canuck and now I'm stuck with this floor hahaha. Anyway Nancy helped us with the color selection and Andrew was in contact the whole step of the way. Sergey and his team just finished and let me say our house is now a home! I'll post pics later but definitely feel confident in this business! One last kudos is they support veterans!

Our project was to replace carpet in our living room with hardwood. Jim, the owner, found hardwood flooring that would complement existing hardwood on the same level of the house (a discontinued line). He came in person to measure our living room, came up with a design strategy, and explained the technical aspects involved. Jim kept in regular touch with us, often calling after normal working hours. The work was scheduled and completed in short order.We are very, very pleased with the excellent job Vasyl and his hard-working crew did in laying our hardwood floor. They took great care to protect our existing floors and, after working solidly for 12 hours to finish the floor, did a meticulous job of cleaning up. The end result is a spectacular improvement to our house. The crew also moved a massive and heavy wooden shelf unit downstairs before starting work, which was very much appreciated.All in all, a very positive experience, and I strongly recommend Granite Bay Flooring & Design!

Absolutely fantastic service from Jim and Nancy again for flooring selection, measurment, and estimates. Visyl and his dream team installed gorgeous wood flooring (Symphony Leitmotif) in 3 rooms- they were on time, professional, meticulous, super clean, efficient, hardworking and kind. Jose and Jose refreshed the carpet on our stairs and also right on time, friendly, professionals delivering great results. Thank you Granite Bay Flooring for another great experience!!!

We were looking to carpet a small area of stairs and 2 closets. Jim's expertise was so helpful in choosing a carpet suitable for those areas. He was able to come out the next day to take measurements for a estimate and get us on the calendar in a few weeks. The carpet installation went smoothly and we are very pleased with the results. The carpet is so plush and looks great!

Absolutely the best company! Jim the owner is great. I could not have asked for better customer service. I needed to expand my dining room which involved removing carpet and installing 2 new rows of tile. Jim took the time to find the exact tile that was previously installed. He kept me updated throughout the whole process. His crew did an excellent job with the installation. Jim and his team were courteous, professional & punctual. They have all the good qualities you hope for in a business. I would highly recommend Granite Bay Flooring & Design.

I absolutely adore Nancy C. So sweet, very knowledgeable and very patient! Very first time getting floors done. Sergey and his team were our installers and he was so kind and responsive. I will recommend people do their research, yes, but REMEMBER to include this group!

Had wood flooring and carpeting installed. Results were great. Installers were true experts in there fields. They were able to match existing wood grain and refinish old and new wood to match. Results are amazing.

I was very pleased with the service I received when searching for carpeting. Well in the store service was excellent and extremely helpful. They kept me informed as to when the carpeting would be delivered and when it would be installed. The installation was perfect and very professional. Granite Bay Flooring had installed wood floor throughout downstairs about 11 years ago, and last week they just installed a new carpet throughout upstairs. Both times, they did an awesome job. They are very honest, friendly and professional.

They did a beautiful and efficient job. Jim and the staff are kind and welcoming. They showed us multiple different granite options and were able to take a sample home to see if it matched. They worked well with us for such short notice. I recommend them for a good flooring experience.
