I'm only 15 days late and they reported a late payment to credit reports. No creditors report unless you are 30 days late. They blocked me from making an online payment again I'm only 15 days late. Ruined my credit over 15 days. Google it. Not 1 creditor reports less than 30 days late. GUESS THATS WHY THEY'RE THE GOLDEN 1.

Breann works at Golden one on Douglas blvd in Roseville. My wife and I went in to open a checking account. Breann was extremely rude and would not give us the time of day. Breann said she was very busy and would probably not be able to help us. She did say she would be going to lunch soon, it was1:45 p.m. . She also said we should have made an appointment. We said ok thank you and have a good day, without saying another word she turned and walked away. Breann must be overwhelmed.
We noticed that there was 3 customers in the bank at this time of day.
We will take our money to another bank that will hopefully want our business. Breann was just very unprofessional and rude. Outside the golden one credit union were less than desirable people for a banking facility. A security guard was standing at the door when you enter. Bad horrible experience, we do not recommend this credit union. ?

Wow! I was reading all the reviews about this location and it’s not very good. I was going to open a new account with this location, but change my mind. I did remember way back when I did tried To open an account with them and it was taken a long time so I left. No one said hello.??♀️

Staff is always great but there is always a line but it goes fast at times. Can't complain it's close to home and have lots of fast food around here as well.

New vehicle loan through G1. It has not been pleasant. Been here a few times trying to get autopsy setup and they have given me bad information everytime. I definitely will be refinancing away from G1.
