It's not very easy to find a car repair place you can trust to be fair and honest. Especially if you are a single woman. I have found that with Scott the 2 times I have taken my vehicle in. The first time he replaced a fuel line and saved me almost $1000. He took the time to explain to me how with the other quote I got, I was being double charged for labor. The second time I had a very simple problem with my brake lights. He had the part and it only took a few minutes to fix so he didn't even charge me! He could've charged me at least the $150 to determine the issue, plus an hour labor charge, and for the part. To me that shows he is honest and not trying to take advantage. He has earned my trust and I'll definitely go back and refer him.

I have been a customer of GM Repair Center for a couple of years now and I couldn't be more satisfied. We moved to Roseville a few years ago from the Bay Area and as a small business owner and personal car owner I needed to find new vendors who could take care of my family cars as well as my small fleet of service vans. I struck out at numerous shops in the area until I was turned onto Scott at GM Repair Center. Since that first recommendation to today, I have had numerous vehicles serviced and each were not only satisfactorily but even a pleasure. Scott has been honest, fair and morally upright in each of our transactions. That is saying a lot when most repair shops are dishonest and out to make a quick buck no matter what was really necessary. I have found a shop that holds the same integrity standards I have with my business. That is not the norm and I appreciate the stellar business model Scott has built around the notion that honesty will breed a steady stream of repeat clients. He has my continued business as well as my mother's, neighbor's and anyone else who needs a solid recommendation. I highly recommend and will continue to use Scott and GM Repair Center!

The technician replaced a torn throttle valve gasket and a worn out egv valve. Thus enabling me to pass smog. They did a wonderful job explaining the issue and ensuring me that I didn't need to replace a catalytic converter saving me a lot of money.

We have use GM Repair Center service for years. They do amazing work, and the staff is very friendly. They most recently researched a problem that was diagnosed when we took our old Cadillac in for smog. According to the smog company, it likely had a cracked head. Took it to GM repair, and they diagnosed and replaced a leaking hose. Car runs beautifully, and was a very inexpensive fix. Extremely happy with the service they provide!

They did a great job on my c10 Chevy new wire harness new water pump pulleys alternator power steering and AC and heat they even fixed some things for free while they were at it, painted it super clean, very upfront and honest about everything and they did it all for a really fair price. They’re pro’s easy 5 stars for me.

They make auto care simplified and pleasant. After explaining the work to be done they completed it sooner than expected. They are very thorough. The wheel speed sensor was the error code but they knew that it was most likely the wheel hub. They also fixed my AC issue, changed a few worn belts, and flushed my transmission fluid. 2006 GMC Sierra

A great place with good people doing good work.
The work is reliable and Scott the owner is available to answer questions. I have taken my car there a few times now and I'm satisfied having my car troubles taken care of in a timely manner. When the need arises, I'll be taking my car there again.

I took my 2007 Pontiac G6 to this shop recently after towing it from a different shop that had my car sitting for 2 months and were not able to get my car started this shop got my car started in two days and fixed a lot of damage the other shop had done. They were honest and were able to find the issue fast !

I always take my vehicles here. The owner is a nice dude and he always is up front with me about the issues with my vehicle. He was honest with me one of my first times here and said it didn't take as long as originally thought and knocked a half hour of labor of my bill. That is the type of integrity I look for when doing business.

I took my 1997 suburban in to have Them look at it and possibly fixed the problem , since I had taken it to someone else previous to get it to pass smog ,well They charge me over 500 dollars and something to replace 2 sensors. And never fixed the problem. The code reader said bank 1 sensor 2 , So I fixing it myself , I called Scott to inform him, he said he was going to look at his work orders and send me a check or call me back , I'm still waiting 2 months.

Well, long story short, they didn’t fix the problem with my vehicle.I had a bad feeling initially that they wouldn’t be able to, the arrogance, the immaturity with “don’t tell me what to do “ attitude when no one was telling what to do, but what the problem was. The immature reaction combined with covert use of nonverbal communication to influence his immaturity and play with customers and instigate bad behavior reminded me of the bad reviews.So, after over $400 spent, the problem didn’t get fixed correctly.I can’t say that I would recommend this place, obviously.
