“This review is 5 stars for a recent shopping experience. Fourth of July weekend I was shopping in preparation for a large gathering. I had a flatbed cart overflowing with items and only my 6 year old daughter with me to help. By the end of the shopping trip at the checkout I was feeling super overwhelmed and unsure how I was going to safely get everything out to my car. One of the managers, Julio Espinoza, saw us and offered to help by grabbing another cart to split the items up. He so kindly helped me bring everything out to my car. I literally could not have done it without his help and appreciate it so much. This is the reason why I keep returning to Costco despite how busy it always is.”
“The Sams Club Pharmacy has repeatedly offered us the best service in the area. Calling in a prescription refill is easy and hassle free. Their refills are very prompt. They even made a great recommendation for a newer generation piece of equipment which we were unaware of that is smaller and easier to use.”
“Almost always the cheapest fuel (gasoline or diesel) in any city where there is a Costco gas station. Refueling is fast and easy with multiple pumps on each lane.”

Free air, there's always someone on site 24/7 and for propane/lotto etc., and the store is handy if you need anything else. Liquor is cheaper if not the same as liquor stores and there's a fast food chain adjacent. Restroom onsite, its safe/well lit, and lot of parking spots onsite and car wash for good price.”

“Been coming for years and haven't had a bad experience. Some of the low complaints on detailing with photos show old stains and damage they were expecting a miracle to make them look new again. Only reason for not 5 stars is sometimes the detailing takes a bit longer than expected or quoted.”

Went to buy some gas & food & chip reader for debit card wouldn't work, came back several weeks later same thing, yet my card works everywhere else. On top of that kid is talking to someone else about me in a different language. Unacceptable. Manager you need to check your card reader. If I come in at a different time & my card works then I know it's that guy messing with me.”

“I purchased a Kitchenaid dishwasher from Costco. I've never had a smoother more professional delivery or installation. I checked the prices at the other stores which were the same as Costco except they each wanted over $200.00 more for the delivery, installation (including the new Parts), haulaway and 2 year warranty. I will continue to sing the praises of Costco.”
“Very quick service for new tire installation. Was in and out of the store in less than an hour. Courteous service, explained what will be done during installation and provided recommendations for tire care after the service.”

He always greets me with an enthusiastic hello and a warm smile and also tells me a joke as I’m checking to get me through my day :) Wish more people in customer service were as courteous as Carson is!”

1000 Douglas Blvd, Roseville“okay guys. so this exxon station has been on my bucket list for probably like four years now easy. i finally went this weekend and dude. it didn't freaking disappoint. this place is literally dope as frick. i got up early on saturday morning and woke up my wifey. "honeyyyyy wake up it's saturday i have a surprise." and so she gets annoyed because she was sleeping soundly. i make her hamtastic for breakfast then we get in the car. "are you excited?" "i don't even know where we're going...yeah...sure...i guess." so then we get there. i park the car in a gas stall. boom. i hop out. bam. i go press myself against her window. she asks me what i'm doing. "aren't you excited?!?!?" "i still don't know where we're going." she thinks we're just gassing up for a road trip or something. nope. boom "honey we're visiting the exxon station from my bucket list!!!" vera leans into the car door and covers her face with her hand which i'm guessing is because she was crying with joy because dude. it was pretty emotional being there in the flesh for the first time. then vera sighed something like, "how did i wind up marrying her..." to herself and that was nice i thought because i guess that means i really did a good job surprising her. then i saw they offered coffee for customers who pay over $20 and like dude that's dope as frick so i gassed up the car and got coffee. bam. i surprised vera with it. we parked after gassing up because we just wanted to enjoy the place. the atmosphere was super dope. the staff are a total cool kids club. i definitely want to go back but not too often because like disneyland if you go too often the magic might go away. exxon off douglas is dope as frick and definitely worth putting on your destination bucket list. PEACE DUDES. vanya”

“I've become sort of picky about where I get gas because I've realized that my experiences at gas stations can really set the tone for my day. Do I want to go to an ampm where someone is digging through the trash next to the pump or asking if they can wash my windows? No thanks. Even worse is when someone tries to straight up tell you a story about how they are stuck and need gas money. I really don't care. Luckily, the above doesn't happen at this gas station. At Safeway Fuel Stations, you'll get Chevron gas at discount prices and you won't have to deal with the ambience of ampm. However, you will likely have to wait to gas up, so if you aren't patient or are in a rush, then this isn't your place. While my favorite gas station is still the 76 on Roseville Parkway, this is also a good alternative for me.”

“I wish that I’d changed pharmacies sooner, I never have to wait for refills and they contact my doctor before I have to put in a request.
Pharmacist is very patient and kind, you really can’t ask for better service. Also No lines.”

10545 Fairway Dr, Roseville“They have everything we need, no complaints. They have vacuums and air, a car wash, mid-size convenience store, lottery sales, and of course gas pumps that give us our discounts that we earn at Safeway. The staff is always friendly. It’s always clean, though I’ve never used the restrooms, I’d imagine they are well kept.We have the Everwash app for the car wash, so we never need cash or card. We just tap the app on our cell phones and show the QR Code to the camera, and in we go. —— OH - I must warn you if you use the car wash. There are some people who will wait up at the wash line or even sit inside the wash area, as if they have paid, but they are actually waiting for you to pull up to the payment box and when you pay for a wash it gives “them” a green light to enter. This happened to me enough times that now I make sure the car ahead of me is being washed - actually with water spraying - before I will use the app to pay for a wash. It would be nice if the station would move the pay box to the entering area instead of back where another car can wait as if it has paid. Or, install a gate that lets cars through only if they have paid. But, for now I just make sure the car ahead is not waiting for me to pay. (Once I got out, stood at the entrance watching a car sit there with no water and no lights from the mechanisms, apparently waiting for me to pay. I just stood there with hands on hips. They inched forward, and after about 3 minutes drove off.) I’ve walked up to cars waiting for me to pay twice, to tell them to just drive through because I’m not going to pay with them sitting there. It’s not the station’s fault, but they could redesign the entry so people don’t pay for washes they don’t receive.Anyway, it’s our go to station for most quick needs like lottery, vacuum, gas and car washes.”

“I came last week to get two strawberry parfaits and there wasn't any. Today I called to check if there was any before I came and customer service picked up the phone. Her name was Jess. She was great. She put me on hold. Checked. And told me there wasn't any but the lady in the bakery department said to give her 20 minutes. I asked for two. And Joelle from bakery was so friendly. And she made the most perfect parfaits. I've been eating hers since I was a kid and the presentation and taste was the best ever. Thank you Jess and Joelle!!!”
“Great place to get gas when in Roseville, they take cash, credit, and debit cards. The gas attendant was friendly.Gas prices are the lowest I found in the area. They also have a grab and go food market as well.”
“Quick service and kind people to refill propane tanks. Most of the time no matter where you go the attendants do not seem to be happy to have to go outside and refill propane tanks but the two men working yesterday made me feel that they were happy to help and then they helped quickly.”
“Upon my recent visit to the Safeway gas station in Roseville, California, I was pleasantly surprised by the seamless experience. Nestled in a convenient location that's easily accessible for both locals and travelers, this station stands out for its competitive gas prices, which are often among the lowest in the area, providing significant savings for those who use their Safeway Club Card. The facility itself was notably clean and well-maintained, from the pumps to the parking lot, which made for a welcoming environment. Each pump was operational and equipped with easy-to-use digital screens, ensuring a quick and efficient refueling process. Additionally, the availability of air for tires and a well-stocked convenience store inside adds to the convenience, offering snacks, drinks, and essential car items for those on the go.What really set this Safeway gas station apart, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. The employees were friendly, approachable, and willing to assist with any questions or concerns, contributing to a positive overall experience. In conclusion, the Safeway gas station in Roseville, California, delivers on multiple fronts: competitive pricing, cleanliness, convenience, and customer service. Whether you're a local resident or just passing through, it's a reliable spot for refueling both your vehicle and yourself. Highly recommended for those seeking a hassle-free gas station experience.”
