We went into the store to make some returns...Milana was so helpful and knowledgeable! Often the employees know nothing about any of the other departments but thanks to her help we didn't have to go all around the store looking for what we needed and she even made some suggestions that helped save us money too. I do not understand why a store that advertises their customer service, has zero checkers , or even check out counters . If I wanted to checkout my own items I would apply for a job. If a company can’t value their customers enough to have human cashiers. Then I might as well save time, money, and gas and use Amazon. And as these brick and mortar stores fold up one by one. I’m sure they’ll be clueless as to where they went wrong.

I constantly say “I live here now” when it comes to this Home Depot. Have been under construction at our residence for the last three months and this has made HD a home away from home, of sorts.
A decent amount of staff available to help (most of the time) and when you do communicate with them they are friendly, helpful and willing to offer up advice.
Even their merchandisers (Kudos to Joe and Joe from this morning) they are friendly and welcoming as well. Very grateful for this type of environment particularly in a world that is out of my wheelhouse.
