The manager, Michael, has constantly harassed our employees for months. We work nearby the Gap and while our coworkers have contacted Gap management and he has been warned, he still stops by nearly everyday to try to talk to our employees. He knows he is banned from the area around our store so he resorts to shouting at us from a distance.

If you are a person of color (POC), do not shop here! I entered the store with my daughter in a stroller and received no welcome or offer of assistance. While browsing, I noticed a Caucasian blonde girl repeatedly standing close behind me. Despite moving to different sections, she remained uncomfortably close. When my daughter needed attention, I tended to her, and during this time, I overheard the manager, a Mexican woman, asking the employee if they were "watching me." Subsequently, two men entered the store, and neither received a greeting or surveillance as I did. When I attempted to try on clothes with my daughter in tow, the manager suggested placing us in a smaller fitting room, despite larger family rooms being available. This experience was deeply upsetting, and I will not return to Gap. It's imperative for Gap to address and rectify the racial profiling and discrimination exhibited by their employees.

Went there on Thursday evening.Store was not busy.We were waiting as my husband was trying some pants.A lady ran to register and started ringing me as my stuff was already on the register.I told her that we are not buying the pants but everything else.She looked at me furiously and said what pants.I said the one the transaction.She mumbled and started ringing everything again.We did not like her attitude and customer Service.Gap employees need a actual name badge on them not the one that just says GAP.

This store is the worst m. Employees have attitude. The blonde with short hair is the worst of all of them. I’ll never buy from gap again.

The associate michael basset ruined my shopping experience completely. He first started out by ignoring me completely when i tried to ask him for help, he then was extremly rude and said subtle rude things about my weight. he was extremely snappy with me the entire time. i don't think i will be returning to this gap for my future shopping.
