I don't remember the guys name but he has TMNT tats ...super friendly and helpful made me feel how game stores should be and by far one of the best experiences I've had at a gamestop. I also bought all there chainsaw man lil grab bags cuz he let me know they were on sale and we had a blast opening them. Super cool dude

SERVICE - grandson's brand new headset didn't work. Had it for less than a week. He tried it, no sound, put it back in box to return when we had time. He told me he lost confidence in the brand and just wanted his money back. We took time today to return it. This GameStop wasn't even open . I called a few local game-stops, they said they were having issues, store set to open at 2:30. I waited outside. Was advised he couldn't return it, they were out of stock and he'd have to wait until they mailed him another by Rose at the Galleria GameStop over the phone. I wasn't happy with that at all as we were not told this at purchase. I get into the Lead hill store where Legosi helped us. He was so nice, understanding, helpful and knowledgeable. We left very satisfied. My grandson said, "wow he was really cool, I'll go back to that store". I wish all employees were like Legosi!!

Great service. I have purchased games here many times over the years. The people that work here have always been super friendly. They have also given me insightful counsel on which games my kids might enjoy. I just called there store to ask a couple questions and the man I spoke with took time to answer all my questions thoroughly. This place is doing a good job, thank you!

I prefer this lead hill location over others in the area, chill vibe, sales associate was a really nice girl, bought a PS4 slim, she was helpful and polite and it was a pleasant experience as usual at this one.

There is an employee by the name of Makayla,. I've been to 2 different stores on 2 different occasions where she was working at both times..She is the rudest employee I've ever delt with at a gamestop. Poor attitude, very rude, and purposely helped 2 other customers that came in AFTER my son and I..Today she is working at the Lead Hill Store in Roseville. 5/27/23 Game Stop you need to do better.

I read another one star review where someone said GameStop takes advantage of parents who don’t know any better. I can 100% agree. We just started going there for my oldest son. Unfortunately we won’t be back.
