Just had to give this place a 5 star review. I've been a customer here for a few months now and all of my needs have been met by professional and knowledgeable folks who care about what they do.I highly recommend Galleria Smoke and Vape.

Was in 2 weeks ago, it was the greatest 1st time visit to G.V. The atmosphere was laid back and the gal who was working was so helpful. I didn't feel out of place. Coming back in next week for another vape with a little more kick to it!! Thanks G.V. you guys might be a bit pricey but it's worth it!!!

Changing from a 5 star to a 2... I've been coming here late for well over 3 yrs Ive been with my fiance for 2yrs, and moved HERE so her lonely boysS. The thing is? Brittany knows what and why im doing thisand wont at all take it personal ..SHE KNOWS DAMN well...neg reviews = disaster. le. Difference for me now is, I have grown not simply jus55 nor when i gave my 1st review....now? I own and operate three Roseville/Sac/Citrus Heights/Rocklin ,Dog grooming, walking, we're essentially making cery clear t9 6our most cherished creatre....."we training and sitting servicesI am wholeheartedly pleased she not 9nly stuck by her beloef...'not doing something for mommy and daddy.....gotchoo!!!)story short...Im THE 1st in6 surrounding citiies to offer employment, cover our clients pet health bills...while als9 being formally educated on pat carrI've never had a problem I've never even called in before this time I felt so bad that I called in advancevents showed up at 9:50 PM on Friday. No, that's not true. 9:55 PM and was met with somebody who did try to help me. Well..... trying to get me to leave at the same time. As formatting chat his we can. One back to itAny establishment that closes at 10 PM? Typically, welcome people until 10 PM. And then it's done. The employees are not looking to get out by 10 PM. But for some reason, this one does. And I was shown exactly that tonight for the first time in 2 years. Each year prior to this night I was greeted with. Oh, no, don't worry about it. It's not a big deal which which is how it should be when you're running a company, especially if you're running a company for somebody else who's paying you M1 of those people who's doing exactly that for 3 companies. In this area. Needless to say, now, I'm going to self. Manage a bit better and mark a note on my calendar. Well, before I have to even visit this place. Which sucks for me because I've always enjoyed it. This individual made clear from the moment I called. She would much rather I turned around and come back

Open up and test your product before leaving the store!!!Bought a CleanAF CBD disposable Vape and when I opened it up at home. It looked like it had no liquid in it.I took 3 puffs and it was completely gone already.Inspecting the Vape further I found that it looked like the bottom had been scuffed already like someone had already used it which is disgusting.Called the store immediately to tell them what had happened. They offered a 10% discount off of a new one and that's it.No refunds, no returns to swap it out for a new one, no help at all.Paid $45 for an already used disposable Vape with only 3 puffs left in it.This place already looks like it is on the way to going out of business and if stuff like this happens, it definitely will.

Placer county makes new rules and laws pertaining to nicotine sales and pipes just because they can. They will lose a lot of business by telling people placer Co has new laws. Good for them. Are you too good for anyone not from granite bay? Lame

Biggest glass and vape shop I've seen. Pretty pricey. But worth to check it out. Beautiful and amazing stuff for sure!

Spent $200 on a vape unit and accessories last evening. I got the unit home and tried to use it but it would not turn on. Tried different batteries and different configurations and nothing works . Contacted the store about the problem and it was basically told I was on my own and to contact the manufacture that all sales are final. Buyer beware!!

Huge shop and kind employees - the markup for vape juice seems a bit high compared to other shops around but at the same time they always have exactly what I'm looking for. So many options & nice that they have a reward system.

$30 for elf and swift bars? That’s a bit much. I’ll go to 3 monkeys that’s literally two parking lots over. I get 1 for $25 or 2 for $40. Way better deals and better customer service.

I hate this place. So inconsistent. Really interesting how whenever my boyfriend is there alone, the b**** with the ugly pimple looking lip piercing flirts and damnear eye fucks my man. Yet when I'm there with him, she doesn't give us the time of day. Then, I come in today with my boyfriend as he is buying a rig, for the FIRST time without my wallet (as I'm not buying anything today), the b**** says she won't sell because I don't have my ID? And then kicks me out of the store? Read her this review and while you're at it; tell the girl to wear some deodorant sometime too. She walks up and just the smell of her makes me wanna vomit. Also tell her to start being consistent about Id'ing people. She's been making a nice habit of only iding women.

These guys are cool, no complaints about any of the people that work there. What isn't cool is how much they charge for that candy poison. Elf Bars are $35 here. On the corner of cirby and sunrise(1-2 miles away) next to the pizza place (stallions is really good and it's also reasonably priced) there're $24. Some guys I work with use those, so I tried it out for a minute, if you're going to smoke might as well smoke the bosses brand but I don't recommend this.
