Very friendly and helpful staff. Their explanation was very transparent and showed us the number very clearly. They never pushed their offer without understand our needs. Our experience buying with Future Nissan of Roseville was enjoyable and memorable. Our agent (Jordan) was so nice and honest to the point of making us feel comfortable and without any kind of pressure to stay and make a deal when we were on a time frame. Partly because of Jordan's personality and his patience, my wife and I followed up with him the next day to proceed with our purchase of a new vehicle. The other staff we connected with was Andrey (Manager) and Jeremy (Finance) whom also was very friendly and helpful without pressure making the total buying experience easy and carefree. I would recommend others to Future Nissan. And on a high note, my wife and I are pleased with our new vehicle (2023 Rogue SV Premium Package). ?

Trevor from the service department knew who I was by name and face. As I’ve worked in retail, this is difficult when you see faces of many people. Courteous and professional at the Roseville location. Staff did an excellent job with my 2019 Nissan Leaf they had to replace the drive battery which was under warranty and they did. happy with the results

Joe Arrighi in financing and Jordan are great! I just bought a 2023 Nissan Rogue! They took great care of me and were very patient! I will be going back! This place is an hour and a half from my house and I will definitely be going back here then going to my local dealership.

Grant Brewer, our excellent sales rep, stayed in touch with car availability. He always had a positive attitude, easy to communicate, enjoyable to work with him. The only negative is the high mark up of car price. Overall experience was good, very happy with the car.

Absolutely outstanding service. Jordan and Joseph (I’m pretty sure that’s his name, we weren’t with him for as long) are both awesome people with great customer service, and they both go above and beyond to make sure you’re completely content with your purchase. They’re not pushy in the slightest, they just want you to leave with a smile on your face. We’ve purchased two cars from this dealer now and would definitely purchase from them again!

If I didn’t have the oil change package for my car I would never come here.The communication and service is horrible.I dropped my car off at 9am for an oil change; thinking it would only take a hour or so. My family and I tried to stay nearby so we didn’t have to go drive the 30 min home.I called around 12:00 to check on the status and no one answered. I then called again around 1 and they claimed they couldn’t find my car in the system.They then found it and claimed that it was still in the service department. I had to ask how much longer it would be as I have young kids with me.A little over an hour later they called so I could it pick it up.We arrived back to the shop at 4:04 where the guy at the front told us that they were closing, so we were “lucky” he stayed late. Although the site says they close at 6.I will never buy a car her again just because the service center is so bad.

If you're looking for the stereotypical car dealership experience, look no further! I got an okay price on an adequate vehicle, and I left feeling rushed into a big decision, feeling used, and regretting my purchase. They used all the typical tactics to confuse the numbers and waste my very limited time, until I felt I had no option but to just agree to the purchase so I could get out of there. I was looking over my paperwork after the fact, and I also didn't catch that they didn't discount the vehicle, as they said they would. Their "detailing" included a bare swipe across the dash with a dirty rag. I know because they left the rag in the truck bed.Bruce, our sales guy was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about his brand, with a working knowledge of other manufacturers products as well. He answered every question, and what he didn't know, he helped find the answers. If I had asked, I think he would have test drove every car on that lot with me, with a smile and a dad joke. He worked really hard to do what he could to keep the experience positive. If it weren't for Bruce, this would be a one star review. It fell apart only when we went inside and started dealing with "finance" guys.

If you're looking for a typical dealership experience, look no further. After wasting my very limited time, I felt pushed into purchasing a vehicle that doesn't meet my small business needs, and I feel used and taken advantage of. As my first vehicle purchase completely on my own, I felt pressured and intimidated by the negotiation and purchase process. I decided to take the risk, and call the manager to voice my concerns, and see if there was anything they'd be willing to do to help meet some of my needs, and they evidently are not very interested in making me any happier with my purchase. So, thanks guys, I'll be stuck in a truck that barely meets my needs for years, and I definitely won't be back to this dealership, or any other in that automall.Bruce, our sales guy, was absolutely fantastic, and I'd recommend working with him anywhere else. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to drive every car on the lot if I asked.

I would give the absolutely negative stars if I could!!! Let's juts start off by saying that they have horrible costumer service and do not know how to talk to people at all, super rude, they ordered the wrong part they said was correct and the installed it and it broke other parts doing so. When I went to pick it up the passenger window was broke with plastic over it and the driver window did not roll up or down. I had a $350 CHARGER/diesel jumper box that was stolen along with some cologne. I hate this place do not come here unless you want your car more broken then before and all your stuff stolen
