Whatever any of you do, steer clear of Future Ford Lincoln, mercury service center in Roseville California.Had them do a three hour parking brake repair on my 23A. Took them 16 days to perform the service. They wanted to charge me $4200 for unnecessary repairs they cooked up.They damaged the top of my RV, left, wide, open cracks where the roof meets the back wall of the RV. Not sure if the idiot performing the service lifted it too high or somebody backed into something with the passenger side, rear of the RV and caused the damage.They are genuinely horrible service center for your vehicles.This just happened last week. My RV was literally perfect. Aside from the parking brakes needing adjustment. Bumper-to-bumper, it was spotless. Mechanically it was as close to flawless as it gets. What a bunch of effin idiots. Seriously, steer clear.

I purchased a 2023 F150 from Future Ford in September ,2023at time of purchase I elected to buy the spray bed liner , ceramic spray on coating and extended service place. When I took in my truck to have the Ceramic coat ( Cilijet) applied Future Ford neglected to clean the truck properly prior to applying the Cilijet. They applied the protective coating (Cilijet ) over on top of the high amount of dirt on the roof and bugs on the grill , hood and fenders.when the truck was brought out to me. a can of Redbull was found in the cab.when I received the truck I pointed out what the did and did not do. When the truck was returned for correction. and returned to me the truck was scratched ( by dealership )needing to be repainted. Bugs had not been removed and Cilijet had been reapplied . This truck has Roush seat cover that had not been installed correctly that had been pointed out to service manager in November 25 with pictures . Future fFord is not willing to satisfy this customer . I did not by a premium truck to have the dealer scratch it and need to be repainted. Have made many attempts to have this resolved and I have not had any luck. I purchased two new vehicles from them this yearand this is there customer service.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Do not trust their service! Save yourself headache and throwing away money. $2,000 later car wouldn't even leave dealership. After having another shop point out cheap auto zone part used dealer refused to reimburse any of their labor charges. Even asked for me to sign documentation after they received contact from the B.A.R (7 months later) waiving their liability.

I always dread buying a car at the dealership. The overly long process, TONS of paperwork, and then having to deal with car salespersons that always seem to just want to "make a sale"To my delight, I had the best car buying experience with Josh Meyer EVER! I buy a LOT of cars. I do not keep them long and Josh was far and above the best fit for me as a salesperson and this experience was OUTSTANDING. He listened, followed up even after the sale and was willing to let me go if the fit wasn't right. He did research and worked with the dealership folks to find me the best option as well as financing. . He was so nice and really took the time with me to be sure I was getting a car I want. We took the time to go to the other location to see if hey had the right options.Josh is awesome! He's friendly, patient, knowledgeable, helpful every step of the process, great communication, answered all my questions and truly made the car buying experience fun, efficient, easy, and hassle-free.Great customer service experience overall & I felt they truly cared for as a customer! I got a good deal on the trade-in and my new car.If you want to buy a car, I highly recommend Josh Meyer at Future Ford in Roseville
