I had a service appointment at 10am today for a recall. I was told the inspection and possible work would be complete within a day or two. I got to the service line today (Thursday) and was told my car wouldn't be seen until Tuesday. Not complete, but seen.
I was told by the service guy that Ford told all dealerships/service departments that they can only work on 2 of these recalls a day because so many were coming in, and that they were told this two days ago (they had 8 of these recalls at the dealership already). The service guy did not answer me when I asked why they never called me to reschedule. The service guy wasn't apologetic or personal either.
If the service guy was like "ya know, we should have given you a call to reschedule. That's our bad. We usually do that but somehow it didn't this time, and we'll do better moving forward" I would have been cool. But they wasted my time, the person's time that came to pick me up, and then had nothing to say about it.
The directive from headquarters is understandable. The lack of communication and connection from the service department is not.

Update, the service department will look for things wrong on your vehicle like brakes, after that diagnostic review, I drove my vehicle for three more years. And they tried to charge me $800 for a battery replacement. Profits are the goal of this place not people .

I’m not gonna lie, i never thought I’d buy a ford but I’m SO glad I did! I love my explorer and my husband and I had a wonderful experience at future ford. They really worked with us and even took the chance to not just sell us a car but also get to know us. We have bought 4 cars and this was by far the best and easiest experience we’ve had. Everybody was amazing!!

The sales and finance team did a great job from start to finish. I got the truck i wanted at a payment i can afford. With that said, I want to point out how great our sales person, Maceo was! He was professional and personable! Throughout the day, he helped us find the right truck. We looked at used, then new trucks. There was a lot of back and forth, vehicle changes, some yeses and a lot on no’s, but through it all, Maceo stuck with us to ensure we got the deal we were looking for and was most concerned about my satisfaction. Maceo even bought my dinner! (Chipotle) and in the end, he delivered my new truck to my home! WOW! I have to say that this man, Meceo really took care of his client and delivered customer service in a way I have never seen before! Future Ford of Roseville in the Roseville Auto Mall, especially Maceo delivered unexpected service and an unbelievable deal! Thank you Future Ford of Roseville and mostly Maceo! I highly recommend both of you!

Worked with Mike Hess and Mike Toledo they gave us a very reasonable, easy to understand, trade-in and price on a used vehicle.
They made the process go faster as they pre-selected the used vehicles that matched my criteria before we got there and had them all ready to be test driven.

I was fortunate to be introduced to George, a sales associate. He was the most knowledgeable about towing, gear ratio's etc. and I truly believe I would have bought a truck that may not have suited my needs had he not educated us on towing and hauling. Buying a vehicle is not one of my favorite experiences, but this one went as well as could be.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Shawn "Schmitty" Schmitt at Future Ford Lincoln of Roseville to facilitate a vehicle purchase for the Associated Students at Sacramento State University. We were in the market for a 2023 E-Transit Cargo van to support our ASI Food Pantry operations, and Schmitty made the entire process not just smooth, but genuinely enjoyable.
