I have went in on TWO seperate occasions, and the Fat black girl was rude BOTH times, did NOT want to help anybody and just laying down on the counter. My girlfriend was going to ask if there was any uggs in stock and before she could even finish her question she was hit with a "NO". Disgusting customer service,

Store is clean, employees are helpful in their suggestions, and they have an amazing selection of sandals for all type of feet. Return policy is clear. I've seen people come in with dirty shoes trying to return them. So weird.

I purchased flip flops and actually changed into them when I walked out of the store. I walked around the mall and went home. By the time I returned home I had two big blisters on top of my right foot. So I decided to return them as defective to the store. I explained to Taylor, the assistant manager of the store, that they caused blisters on one foot only and I wanted to exchange or return them. She was rude and condescending by saying no returns or exchanges and they looked very worn. I explained they were not worn and they must be defective as only one foot was blistered. She repeated the same statement. Very rude tone and tried to intimidate me. I insisted I speak the manager. Taylor finally called the manager and the manager allowed the exchange. The issue I have is the employee Taylor being downright rude to a paying customer. I won't be back to that store ever!!! I will be letting all my friends know about this experience. The flip flops are very expensive and expect better customer service than that!!

Bought some sandals here. Broke two days later. They will not accept returns or exchanges even in this short period, citing that they are a "third party." Unlike other major "third party" resellers of the exact same sandal brands, ie. Target, Macy's, Amazon, this place accepts zero risk and places it all on you as a buyer. My guess is they're too lazy to develop relationships with the brands they carry to handle returns on their end, so they rely on the individual warranties of each sandal, placing the burden on the consumer entirely as soon as you leave their store. It's the kind of tactic you'd expct when shopping in tiny unregistered dropship outlets overseas, but not in the US. There is virtually no reason to buy from their store at a markup over getting the same brands online or at a major distributor. If you do shop here, recommend that you pay in credit so you have some reasonable immediate recourse through your bank if they peddle you defective goods, Or better yet, just go around the corner to Macy's or other more recognized "third party" resellers who have more practical and consumer-friendly return policies. Buyer beware.

I was spend $230 for 2 pear of shoes. And I walked 2 minutes and come back to return but the assistant manager and her Manager they are so rude and not helpful. I am not worried about the money guys about my feet was so much hurting. We live in America. I am not recommending to go that store. They just loosing their customers.

Such a great find! The name says it all!They have tons of crocs and flops along with accessories.This was our first time coming to this store despite being at the mall regularly!Very customer service oriented and the prices were very reasonable.We will def be back.✅✅✅✅

Absolutely the worst customer service and return policy. I bought a pair of Olukais $100 Flip Flops. I wore them for a few hours and they literally died my feet black. I tried to return them and the manager refused. He said I had to go through the manufacturer myself. Basically they took $100 from me and didn't care that they sold me defective product. They do not stand by their merchandise and they do not care about their customer. I will never shop at this store again.

3 star for being called flip flop shop and only carrying the 4 highest priced brands. 100.00 for flips flops is just ridiculous. Including more brands that are half the price would make more sense. Good luck.

I don’t know what these reviews are all about. Leo is the man! Nice guy, very knowledgeable. Down to earth dude. Will definitely revisit in April when they get a new shipment in.

Should’ve looked at reviews before purchasing from this store. Even with receipt and card they will not return your money they hold it hostage and say you must get and use their store credit! You would think you would want to have great customer service so people would recommend your store to people.

Bought a 60 dollar pair of flip flops, had the recipe in hand and need to exchange for a larger size! I was told they could help me and was turned away! Great customer service???? I will never purchase anything again from them!! Thank you for making me appreciate Amazon even more!!

Benji did an awesome job helping my family get fitted with the best sandals. He listened to what we needed and definitely had lots of product knowledge. We nearly spent $500 in flip flops. Thanks so much for your patience and help.
