Edit: I went back because I really wanted this place to work because of the convenience but it was horrible. When I walked in there was an older gentleman who greeted me this time and was very friendly and the refrigerators were fully stocked. That's where the good ends. I bought 3 meals one of them (barbacoa enchilada) was set to expire the next day so i planned on eating it when i got home. It was covered in mold so I threw it out and called customer service who told me they were going to give me a refund but I never got it. The second meal was the Swedish meatballs and the meatballs were so mushy and nasty i just threw that meal away. I couldn't bring myself to even open or try the third meal and that was thrown away as well. This place has a great concept but horrible execution. Don't waste your money here.
I walked in one morning mid week. No one was in the store except the worker. When I walked in, she didn't even look up from her phone to greet me. Actually, she didn't look at me or say anything to me until I went up to pay for my meals. This was the first time i had been here, so some help and explanation would have been nice, but I didn't want to ask cause the worker looked like she already didn't want to be there. I must have gone too late in the week cause most of it was picked through. I bought 3 meals, all mediocre . The broccoli and cauliflower in all 3 of my meals was so off-putting that i just threw the veggies out. Maybe if I catch the right employees on the right day, I'll have a better experience ?♀️

Staff on the phone. Never greeted me wont be surprised if this company closes soon. Food doesn’t look fresh. My first and last never coming back. Good luck . $16 for this garbage

I walked in and was never greeted by two staff members that were in there. All there are are a couple of refrigerators with packaged food, a counter and a cashier. There's no photos of the meals for reference and nothing to give you an idea of how it works. I was never greeted and felt uncomfortable so I left. See photo of the interior.

I have used Fit Eats for years and have seen numerous changes in their platform and the variety of products they sell. From their funky little website and delivery two times a week they have improved to the convenient site that allows delivery within an hour. Fit Eats offers a plentiful variety of meals focusing on different diet requirements, as stated on each meal.
I stick to the low-carb/high protein or vegetarian meals and rarely have I been disappointed. Granted, there will always be some meals that just don’t match my taste - so I don’t order them again. Last night I ordered 1 lb Herb Seared Salmon and 1 lb Cauliflower Mash and it was amazing. It was delivered within an hour and I have four meals out of it for $10/meal, including a decent tip! Realize, though, that the food is prepared ahead of time and is brought to you from their fridge. You’ll need to heat it up. Checkout is done through Toast and the customer is expected to tip for delivery, similar to DoorDash. If you’re looking for a healthy option, Fit Eats should be on your list.

Unfortunately, the reviews about how bad the service at this place is are all true. I desperately NEEDED this place to work for me after enrolling in night school. I spent over $250 this week for lunches & dinners. Picked my food up & it was all in stapled bags, so I had no idea until I got home that the order was incomplete & most of the food expires in 72 hours!! I even had one meal that expires TODAY. I got the pb cups & they're so old that they're hard as rocks & the chocolate has turned white on top. I called & got the "I can't do anything to help you, but someone will call you at a later date" routine. What a waste of $250!! Eff this place!!! The manager called me and offered me 30% off to keep the rotten food, lol. She aggressively spoke over me when I was genuinely trying to find a resolution. Then told me she illegally recorded my phone call, lol. Completely toxic behavior. How is this place such a mess and still in business?? As you can see with the following response, the manager likes to blame the customer for not being happy that they got robbed by this place. Bottom line, she refused to just refund my money like she should have, even after explaining their mistake, after mistake, after mistake--sending me home with missing food and garbage. And SHE actually hung up on ME for pointing out that this is why they have bad yelp reviews, lol. I tried to make my life easier and ended up with this headache instead. Don't make my mistake. Ugh

Came here for the 1st time, the woman at the desk didn't even say ANYTHING to me when I said hello. Didn't even look. The store barely has anything at all in it. All the food is $14, for a pancake and sausage, or lasagna. I'd rather just go to Factor. I was always interested in this place, the ads are all fun and happy. What a let down. Don't bother going here. At least Safeway people talk to you. LOL. Waste of time. Owner- you should really fire your front desk person, multiple complaints about her, yet she's still there ruining your business.UPDATE:I called the number the owner left. And you just get a busy signal. Owner- your wrong about your staff, I was just into day. You definitely have a training problem, she didn't say 1 word or even smile. Looked like she was on her phone. I left immediately because of her.

I am a fan of FitEats. I do like going INSIDE to take a look at the meal options. I truly love that they have a variety of entrees, bulk proteins, bulk greens and snacks. The parking is easy (private parking available), staff are friendly. There is a large fridge to your left when you enter. The meals are available and easy to read the ingredients, calories, etc. The "Yellow Dot" on the entree / option means there is a 30% off discount usually due to expiry or close to expiry / best buy. You can frequently freeze these options if needed (just ask the staff). Fit Eats allows me to not think about what I am having for dinner! As a busy working mother, I am focused on my health and fitness but sometimes it's hard to come home and fix up a meal for myself while I'm trying to get things ready for my family. It's easy to pop the entrees into the microwave / heat up and enjoy! Here are some of my top choices when I go: - Tofu Pad Thai (regular size) - usually add greens when I am home! - Veggie Lasagna - one of my favorites! I usually add a side of protein on my own like egg whites or small chicken breast - Turkey Enchiladas - delicious! If you do purchase enough of the entrees, you can earn rewards (such as discounts) towards future purchases.

Super disappointed. I was traveling and forgot my meals. A buddy from the area suggest this place. I drive 20 min out of the way to get here. I walk in and am the only person in the building. I was not acknowledged by the employee working. She never even looked up from her phone. After a few min of browsing rhe refrigerator area I got frustrated do to poor labeling and they had a ton of meals to choose from. I walked over and asked the lady behind the counter for a menu. She told me they don't have one for what's in the store but I could look online and see what they have but she said just because it's online don't me we have it here. I told her I was looking for a meal with little to no fat. She responded by telling me she doesn't know about fats in the meals and that I would just have to read each label. It's a bummer that people at work can't even pretend to care about helping there customers.

Dropped in to find out about the system and service as we used to subscribe to a service previously. Crappiest customer service ever in person by someone who didn't seem to want to talk and then doesn't even listen. Kept getting told to just check online yet told two different services.

Honestly pretty decent food for microwave food. But customer service could be a zero, at least in store. Young front desk woman does not have good communication skills. Might as well have self checkout with a robotReply to owner, came in at 11:30-12:00 may 8th

Fiteats has changed food preparation for us in a big way. It is a great solution. I love the variety of options and getting to try new dishes. The staff is always friendly and super helpful. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to eat healthy without having to cook!

I've been eating fit eats for at least a year now and I love the variety and quality of the meals. I physically go in to the Roseville store and Susan (and the rest of the staff) is so helpful and friendly!
