My experience here was great the first time me and my husband came here. But unfortunately the shoes weren't working out for my husband. We just had the shoes for a few days and had only worn them once. It wasn't dirty or there was no sign of wear or tear on them. So he decided to return it and would think the process would be quick, but to my mistake it wasn't. The rep that helped us with the return was rude and she inspected the shoes like they should. She started cleaning the shoes instead of assisting us with the return process. Mind you, my husband only wore the shoes once and it wasn't dirty. I asked a few times for her to start the process and she had this irritated look on her face like she didn't like her job. Meanwhile the rep next to her already helped three customers and she was still cleaning the shoes. I was so frustrated and it felt like she really didn't want to help us with the return. I believe her name was Graciela salesperson #0353493. There should be some type of customer service training for her. Everyone else looks happy and helpful and it's not hard to do, unless you don't like your job then this is not for you.

This company sucks Customer service never answers the phone. You can not return anything inside finish line in Macy's. Because for some odd reason, they're not connected, but they have one inside Macy's.

I went to finish line on black friday to exchanged my son Jordan and air force the sale rep was so nice and helpful, I also found some great deals on my visit there.

Sarah was absolutely wonderful and helped us way beyond the closing time. Didn’t rush us at all and helped us get the right shoes! Very knowledgeable and really good at her job!

The mall with free parking, full accessibility.

What a fantastic place to buy shoes! My son was looking for Nike Air Force 1 shoes and this place did not disappoint! They had several colors including a pink and black option! Chris helped us and was very professional- he even suggested some inserts for my son. Ashley topped off our experience with great customer service at the register. They offer a military discount, so make sure to ask. Highly recommend this place!!

Really love the selection of shoes and some sports clothes.They have a wide variety of items to choose from (babies to adults).Staff is always very helpful and friendly.The store is very well kept. Clean, always. Service is always on point!They also have socks, shorts, sweatshirts, tops, shoe cleaners, backpacks, etc.I really appreciate the staffs attentiveness.Great prices

placed an order for pickup 11/03/2021 decided not to get the shoes so i was waiting for the 7 days to pass for the auto cancellation.. INSTEAD someone picked up my order 11/04/2021.. i get an email 11/15/21 Saying my order was picked up 11/04/21!!. Going to take time from my day to go speak with the manager tomorrow, if they can actually do something rather than me disputing the charge

I won a raffle for a pair of shoes that ended at 2pm. I was running a little late because I'm driving all the way from Sacramento so I called the store. Gary picked up and refused to let me pick them up after 2pm because "his manager said that was the rule" I get to the store at 2:10 to learn that Gary's cousins bought my shoe and the manager told him that wasn't the policy. So I got the wrong size and hopefully I can size swap. I think the manager should have told Gary that if he doesn't make his cousin trade me sizes he will be looking for a new job. F Gary, backdooring MFer.

Received great service on a return that was really a hassle. I Didn't have receipts and there was a mix up but problem was resolved by great management.
