Antonio was amazing! I submitted an order online for in-store pick up, but never received an email confirmation. So I called and he said he had no record of it. However, he took the time to find and set aside the exact shoes I needed and was incredibly patient helping me throughout the entire process. Five star service all the way!

Who's Managing this store? Its gone downhill in the past few years. The name brands I used to buy are gone, now its a bunch of clearance junk with rude staff.

Let's see....where do I begin? This is a big store with lots of different departments. The first floor has the juniors section (located on the left hand side of the store), a dress department, makeup and beauty, a large purse and fitness section. These sections are all geared toward women and has lots of brands to choose from like Roxy, O Neil, Adidas, Northface to name a few. Upstairs is the men's department, lingerie and pajamas for women and a large home section too with bedding and kitchen appliances and accessories. What I love about this store is the Macy's star rewards card which is absolutely free and you get so many discounts on items plus star reward money too (highly recommend). Customer service is amazing as well. My one gripe? The bedding section got rid of Laura Ashley bedding which was my favorite and replaced it with more generic brand bedding but they still have Chapter Club bedding for kids, a new Lacoste bedding section, and Ralph Lauren bedding too. I love coming here to buy bed sheets and pillow cases which always seem to be on sale and an occasional clothing item too. Store is always clean and well organized. This is a nice place to shop at for sure.

I don't usually review department stores but I just couldn't believe my experience this last visit. (Sorry for my rant ahead of time) So I Just bought an item on line & went in to pick it up at the Roseville Galleria store. I thought it would be a quick in & out but boy was I wrong! Made my way to the Customer pick up counter, waiting patiently while the only sales associate working tried to figure out a return (I think) for the customer ahead of me. 5..10..15 minutes went by & I was wondering why this was taking so long & that no one was there or coming to back her up. Found out her headset wasn't working so she couldn't call her manager for help & on top of it she was brand new I felt so bad for her. By now there were 4 more customers behind me so I volunteered to go find her some help but couldn't find a single person anywhere. After walking through 4 large departments I started calling out loud if there were any employees around!! Frustrated with no response I finally walked to the end of the store floor to find 3 all behind the fragrance counter. Told them the problem & all they said is "she needs to call a manager". Which I replied "she can't, as I already said, her headset wasn't working". At this point I was so shocked & mad at the lack of customer service I just walked out of the store. I guess next time I'll try curb-side pick up so they can do all the walking

How the mighty have fallen, used to enjoy shopping here but so many fails lately. No more NYDJ brand one of few brands that fit me, sheets towels selection has diminished and shoes is the worst. In their Last Act clearance found two pairs I liked finally found sales associate to help he was in back 5 minutes and said they were "samples" and I should go online and shop. Lazy not a way to build customer loyalty. No Chanel make up any more. Dressing room in lingerie had 2 unavailable due to use for excess inventory or tryons not put away?? I visit a fair number of Macys when I travel and locations down south cleaner, friendlier staff.

Lorena, I believe, was her name. She works in the women's department Inc. I ended up with several great items because of her!!! The professionalism shown was unmatched to any other store! I felt special and achieved my goal that day! Thank you, Lorena, in the Inc department for your wisdom! I will definitely be returning!!

I went with my wife to return an online order that didn't fit. We waited in the customer service line and were denied the return. We asked to talk to a manager as the jumpsuit didn't fit, had all tags and wanted to exchange for the correct size. Nicole, the manager, was extremely unprofessional as she talked over my wife and kept denying the return stating the order was online and the pants needed a special tag on the jumpsuit. Nicole's actions are a clear reflection of upper management only dampening her team.

What happened to Macy's? I'm in my 50's and when I was a kid, next to Nordstrom, Macy's was a high class department store. How far they have fallen. I'm here in Roseville at 11:30am on a Sunday. The store opened 30 minutes ago and it's an absolute mess in the men's department. This tells me that Macy's isn't cleaning up and merchandising their stores from the day before. All the displays of folded stacked clothes are messed up. Hanging clothes on the ground. It's completely disorganized. You can't find your size. Not much clothing on the racks. I don't want to shop in this type of disorganized environment so I'm leaving. Macy's management is lacking. They obviously don't staff their stores with enough help so subsequently they can't be merchandise properly. It's a domino effect that turns customers off and forces them to go elsewhere. Macy's appears to be circling the drain.

Shoe department customer service is poor. I went 7/9/23 about 3pm found a pair asked cashier for size, no smile, she acted like why I am there later she got me empty box and said shoes on the ile. She was Hispanic last she was very sweet to Hispanic customers so I left the box and walked out.

Received a wonderful customer service from a staff Amira. I was looking for white shirts for an interview. Amira at women clothing department helps a lot from selection to check out with sincere kindness. Great experience at Macys in Roseville

It seems as if Macy's new central cashier location is better for Macy's, but not better for customers. Secondly, there is no handicap line. So if you have a health issue that prevents you from standing for a long time too bad. when I expressed my concerns to the cashier. She told me I should shop online. I disagree. Macy's should provide a handicap access line to decrease the wait time for handicap people.

Here's the Real magic of Macy's 408. This is the work of Stupid-visors Not Supervisors! This Place IS NOT SAFE!!! This was Obviously Ignored for a long time....! This is not Teamwork to make the Dream Work. This is another potential/possible Westfield Mall fire disaster in the making. Do we want history to repeat over people who are this Grossly Careless....
