Great service, everyone on Stacey's team made sure to stay in contact with us every week and updated us every step of the way. Michelle is an absolute professional. Inna with Finance of America Mortgage was absolutely phenomenal, she made this process smooth and easy. She was very communicative and understanding. The best experience and team ever! I was keep well informed through the whole process. She was always a phone call, email or a text away. From start till end 54 days and we are in our new home for Christmas!!! Will never use another Mortgage Advisor!

John is very responsive, personal, and intelligent. It was great to have someone so knowledgeable on my side. I felt like the whole time he was on my side and making sure that I made good decisions for me and my family. He kept me frequently informed on updates and reasons for delays longer than expected. Stacey is exceptional at what she does and it’s the reason she’s been doing it for a while now. I constantly hear from my clients about how other lenders easily declined them service and turn them away, or advised them not to buy In today’s market. But Stacey, and her amazing team, has not once turned any of my clients away. Her process of having everyone apply, providing guidance and a plan of action, and then following up and nurturing them to where they need to be is extremely efficient.
