Idk why this only has such low ratings. Ya gotta bring it packed and labeled. Maybe people don't know that and are disappointed. I arrived and waited like five minutes max. Employee wasn't chewing gum. He was friendly. Scanned my package, and I was on my way.

$200 of perishable food dumped in some random place and called delivered.Your drivers suck! They are lazy! He took a picture of the box but obscured the surroundings, but I can tell despite his attempts, it's not where I live.MAKE YOUR DRIVERS ACCOUNTABLE!!!! Just don't. You'll never get it. And then they will say they attempted and you show video proof they didn't and they still don't fix it. I've had 4 packages out for delivery now for over two weeks

FedEx ground depot had my packages in transit from Roseville to the FedEx office print and ship center in Auburn California ( a 15 minute trip up the highway) on Thursday and my packages were in transit at 6 AM. The driver arrived at the Auburn location after closing time (7pm) and took my packages back to Roseville. I called them Friday morning because again my packages were in transit from Roseville, and I wanted to be sure the driver arrived before the Auburn office closed again at 7 on Friday. After a long phone call with the FedEx rep I was reassured that my packages would be delivered before the Auburn office closed. But again the driver arrived after the store closed and return the merchandise back to Roseville. Two days in a row the driver arrived late at the FedEx shipping center in Auburn that closes at 7 PM. Now it's Saturday. I still do not have my packages and no idea when they will be available to me. I offered to pick them up in Roseville but the rep I was talking to in Guatemala, didn't have the authority to make that arrangement.

If there was a zero, it would still be too high. An order I placed was delivered to a neighbor on an entire different street. Luckily, the neighbor was honest and drove it over. the notation on the tracking stated delivered signed by custome, we nor they ever signed anything. A different package from Amazon tracked as attempted to deliver but no one answered. i was home, no one ever came. I called the useless 800 number, confirmed the cross street and gave my phone number in case it was needed. today they update "attempted to deliver" again I'm home, no attempt or call. I call 800 again, they say oh yeah here are your notes, we'll try again next week. I ask, can I just go pick it up, nope, will take 48 hours to re any change. USELESSSSSSS AND STILL NO DELIVERY

This place is a joke. They picked up my package from Roseville and took to Roseville facility. Then they sent package to Sacramento. (I live in Roseville) Told package would be delivered next day. Next day get tracking update package is delayed. Call customer service and was told they don't know when it will be delivered and they have 5 buisness days or will send back. How is this acceptable? Will avoid FedEx shipping at all costs. They take ZERO responsibility for their actions.

My review is based on my experience as a recipient of packages delivered by FED EX Ground service. I have found this service to be totally unreliable. It seems that the contractors FEX EX uses work when they feel like it. I would never suggest using FEX EX Ground if you are ordering anything that is even slightly perishable or can be harmed by sitting in a truck during hot summer temperatures because if you miss the driver when a signature is required - like a wine delivery - you cannot count on the driver to return the following day, which means expensive wine can sit in a truck for extra days when it's 100 degrees - like it often is during the summer where I live.

I recently had a opportunity to watch both UPS and FedEx bring packages equal distance from the east coast and it took FedEx two days longer and it was late given the choice I always use UPS. FedEx is slower and almost always late

April 16, 2022 at 4:30pm. On 4730 Natomas Blvd. Park Place. In Natomas, CA. 95834 an employee from FedEx parked on a handicap parking space. And I am handicap and could not park cause of a FedEx employee. It is very disrespectful and inappropriate for FedEx employees to take handicap parking spaces for those in need as a pick up or drop.

FedEx is the worst I had a package shipped on the 7 and today it was suppose to be delivered TODAY now the delivery is pending. This is an ongoing problem with the business. My last package was delivered to to Wrong address and STREET., Luckily there are still good people in the world and this very nice lady had to CORRECT THEIR ERROR. THEY REALLY NEED TO BE FORCED OUT OF BUSINESS FOR THEIR LACK OF ACCURATE AND TIMELY DELIVERY PRACTICES THAT THEY DO NOT DEMONSTRATE.

I am waiting for a package sent by fedex, the fedex vehicle arrives at my address, it stops for a couple of minutes and leaves, and I don't leave anything, the question is, did you come to verify the address or to deliver a package?
