This 5 star review is specifically for Robert. Such an upbeat attitude! I did my order online, got a call for pick up, smooth and easy. My husband also ships from here at times and has better experiences than with the sunrise location.

Went in to order a small poster foam board, felt safer because of the name but SOME of the employees don't care about the FedEx brand at all. Went in on Saturday , customer service was awesome and the employees seemed very knowledgeable but I wasn't sure on the size so they said they would keep my "e-mailed artwork" on file for a couple days. Called 1 day later and they couldn't fine my email so I Came back today, very different and frustrating experience!! Very tall and very slow older man was at the counter. First he kept saying he hadn't received my new email , said it usually takes about 3-5 minutes so we waited 1/2 hour , he even had me go outside and try my internet out there. Finally he says "oh here it is in our Junk folder but no attachment/art work" , it had been in there for over 15 minutes !! On Saturday it only took 30 seconds. I found him very rude and condescending and by now I was very frustrated with him , there was an asst. manager at the same counter who heard everything and never offered her assistance. Worried about how my project would turn out ... I chose to leave and gave it done elsewhere.

I called in prior to going in; Bo answered telling me come in; they would help. I had a stroke a week ago; tried several times to complete my project from home; lost it. I explained to Kat who help me in the store. She showed me; got the print started. The shop was busy so I stepped out the way so she could help others. She; Bo multi-tasked so efficiently; calm together. It made me comfortable. Kat was able to troubleshoot why it didn't go through; come up with an alternative plan. She followed through checking on me till it was done. I was able to receive the forms from my pdf, review; sign then fax so easily from one place; one machine. Incredible. My project is finished. I had worried so. I know now who I can turn to. I've used this same store only since 2015. Near my home; easy parking. Thank you, Kat.

Nose place. Clean and well organized. The employees are good. There prices are a little high. Over $30 to send two faxes. That's ridiculous.

I stopped in to ship a package; there was a bit of a line, but it went by fairly quickly, I needed a receipt, so I had to wait until someone could assist. The process was quick and easy.

I work as a nurse in the hospital, so knowing how a positive experience can make your day means more to me than anything in the world.I just want to say thank you to Billy. I was on the verge of tears due to a personal crisis, but Billy made my experience amazing. He's the definition of someone looking out for his customers, even though I'm just another customer. I told myself I'd write a review and give a shout-out to him, and I don't normally write reviews. Thank you, Billy.

Went in today to get something laminated we had a 22oz Chihuahua then a overweight redhead employee said no dogs allowed I looked outside there is no sign saying no dogs then we said this is a support dog and we have the card then she had to find another excuse to get a tiny dog out so she said we cannot have it barking pebbles barked once and nobody was complaining about pebbles we just keep getting comments how cute and or they never seen a dog that small I finally seen a Karen in personThese people need to learn customer service From Walmart to Target as well as grocery stores to the mall none of those businesses ever say no dogs allowed and again no sign saying no dogs We give it a very bad ratingI attached a photo of the front door as well as a picture of pebbles

I'll pop into this store a few times a year when my printing needs can't be met at home or work. I'm always greeted when I stroll in. I am usually headed directly for the self print area and I have the routine down. You can enter your debit card directly to the workstation you are using or grab a re-loadable FedEx card you add funds to. I find it much easier to use a debit card. I believe the fee is .35 cents per minute and $1 per color page to print. Pretty straightforward. My favorite part of this store is the little section on the left when you walk in. Tons of calendars, organizers, little desk trinkets, USB cards. There is almost always somethings on clearance that you need.

It's never my intention, but my printing needs always bring me to a wide variety of FedEx stores. I've been to this location several times over the years. It has the requisite printing and shipping services, although the customer service isn't as prevalent as in other stores. It's a place I go to get the job done, but I wouldn't say there is anything exceptional about the experience here. It's usually very busy - probably the busiest of all Fedex stores I've been to. Even during COVID, there were lines and guys running in and out with packages and customers milling about the printers. All on an early weekday afternoon. I'm a fan of the self print, which you can do easily via a screen by the printers with a credit card and a thumb drive. I couldn't figure out how to get my receipt and had to track down an employee to find out it was printed with my other posters. He even said with a straight face that they don't charge me for printing the receipt. I would certainly hope not! I found that hysterical. Consider your needs and this is a solid option. When it comes to efficient and modern printing solutions, they are hard to beat.
