Great place to stay! Lori, the front desk lady, was so nice and helpful and checked us in quickly and efficiently, and got my disabled daughter and I a room close to our vehicle and the pool. Rooms were very clean, and smelled nice. The pool was the best heated indoor pool we have had anywhere, super clean and warm. Breakfast was very nice with strawberry compote along with whip cream for waffles, scrambled eggs and sausages, plus quite a few other options. Price was affordable as well. Great stay, thank you!

Staff was very friendly, 2 queen rooms were large, beds comfortable, bathrooms are basic, but have everything except a blow-dryer. It's convenient to hwy 80 and plenty of shopping and food options nearby.

I stayed here when my father was across the street at center in ICU and them and the hospital have a thing n i was able to stay for free since i am hours from home. Was such a traumatic thing and was dealing with it was a blessing that they were there and it was a beautiful motel fantastic breakfast the staff was the best there was around here. I went and stayed at a couple other hotels in the area for actually more than what this is I actually just assumed this was a lot more expensive but I paid more and got nothing compared to this I'm going to say a two-star for costing me more than this hotel did this is definitely an amazing hotel amazing service I can go on and on and on.. I would definitely stay here again until my friends and family this is the place to stay you're treated like family.!!!!!Rooms: Huge very big the bathrooms are great the only thing that they were missing is room safe. Other than that I gave him a 10Food & drinks: As I said you got a complimentary breakfast it's not just a muffin it is I mean a full full breakfast bagels granola yogurt and waffles the list goes on juice the full breakfast like a real breakfast at home they make it like you're at home experience you know and if you don't want to eat there there's places right in a black couple block radius or Starbucks close by actually everything's closed by it's in a perfect location.

I'm disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel due to numerous unexpected additional charges. Despite advertising as a pet-friendly hotel, there was an undisclosed $175 fee for bringing a pet, and this was not mentioned on the website. The reservation for the full price is not refundable. Furthermore, amenities like the pool also came with extra charges. The cleanliness of the hotel was subpar, with dirty hallways and room floors. The bed was overly soft, the pillows felt cheap, and the bathroom lacked essential items – there were two bottles of body wash but no shampoo. I expect better transparency and quality from a hotel of this caliber."

Took 15 minutes to even be acknowledged at the front desk. The employees were sitting down talking to each other. The bathroom was nasty, the shower hadn’t been cleaned out and the drain was clogged so it backed up when we showered. The shower walls had pink mold, and there was black mildew in the corners. The bathroom vent was full of gunk and didn’t work, so the whole room got foggy from the shower. The remote had oil or something slimy on it, and the sheets did not smell new. There was dust around the room and the carpets were soooo dirty. Literally have stayed at a nicer motel 6 for $35. For $200/day this room should be spotless.

The hotel called me just over a month before my stay and insisted I booked a stay for 50 nights. When I told her I never booked a room for that many nights and my app did not show such a reservation the girl was very rude and asked if I was checking in or not. I told her no because I never made the reservation. No apology, no follow up calls from management. When I did arrive and check in (over a month later) iI spoke to the girl at the front desk who shrugged it off as a silly mistake. As for the hotel, it is old. Popcorn ceilings, dirty and beat up hallways. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable even though the pillows and sheets were extremely cheep. The parking is also not great. The parking spaces are small and so are the lanes. Not at all accommodating for larger vehicles.Overall my stay wasn't horrible, but I wouldn't choose this hotel again. Definitely not the same quality as other Marriott hotels

It’s rated 2 stars but I thinks it’s more like a 3 star. Clean, covers the basics, good breakfast.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Fairfield Inn and wanted to share my positive experience with fellow travelers. We chose this hotel primarily due to its convenient location for our travel plans. Although the price was slightly higher than what we had paid on previous visits, we were pleasantly surprised to find that it was still more affordable than other Marriott-branded hotels in the area.Upon arriving at the Fairfield Inn, we were warmly greeted by the friendly front desk staff. The check-in process was smooth, and we were assigned a room on the second floor. I was particularly pleased to see that the room was clean and well-maintained. The modern bathroom, complete with a shower instead of a bathtub, was a nice touch. However, during our stay, we encountered a minor issue when we noticed a leak from above our room near the window. We promptly reported the issue to the front desk, and I had the opportunity to speak with Tara, a member of the staff. She was understanding and empathetic, fully grasping the inconvenience caused by the situation. Tara swiftly took action and offered us another room on the first floor. When I mentioned that I would return after breakfast to pick up the new room keys, Tara informed her manager about the situation. To our surprise and delight, her manager went above and beyond by granting us a discount on the room. This thoughtful gesture truly demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction and their willingness to address any inconvenience we had experienced.Overall, despite the minor hiccup with the leak, our stay at the Fairfield Inn was enjoyable and comfortable. The cleanliness of the room, coupled with the exceptional service provided by Tara and her manager, made a positive impression on us. We greatly appreciate their attentiveness and the discount offered, which further solidified our positive opinion of the hotel.I highly recommend the Fairfield Inn to fellow travelers seeking a conveniently located, well-priced, and guest-focused accommodation option. It is evident that the staff at this hotel go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay for their guests. I look forward to returning to the Fairfield Inn in the future and experiencing their excellent hospitality once again.

The rooms are nice and spacious. The beds sink a lot but I sleep on a memory foam bed so that might just be me. The bathroom has a lot of counter space and the shower has a massager. The AC works very well! The curtains don't close so the only thing blocking the sun is a sheer curtain. All in all I would stay here again. One of the better hotels I've been to.Nearby activities: You have Sunsplash right across the street and the Roseville mall down the street.Walkability: Sunsplash, Subway, and a few more food places, and a gas station.Food & drinks: A lot, especially if you go to the mall. Too many to list but you Will have options!

I was pleasantly surprised. This was a very clean Inn, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. A few mins away from Roseville Mall and across the street from a water park. Would definitely stay her again.
