I initially joined Excel Realty in 2015, and throughout my time there, I had the opportunity to collaborate with their agents and loan officers on numerous transactions. I can confidently attest that I consistently experienced satisfaction and excellent communication.John and his team consistently demonstrated honesty and transparency in their dealings. Having been associated with various brokerages in the region, I can confidently state that Excel Realty stands out for their unwavering respect and support for their agents and lenders.

They don't deserve any stars, quite honestly. The agent helping my parents is transactional and hasn't respected their wishes so far. I told them to fire him and find a new agent. 1. Doesn't respond in a timely manner (put off calling my patents for me than a month after the referral was initiated, thus "costing"them in sale price) 2. All over the place with suggestions - don't do anything, oh but this would be really nice; the buyers will just change it, but it would look really nice if... 3. Making us feel like "just another client" rather than his only client, even if we're not! He's going to make MINIMUM $25k from us. Do some work for it!! 4. Using assistants to deliver bad news. The list goes on. We're still contracted with them, since the listing is only 1 week old *talks began in JUNE!!!* BUT, I told my parents to fire them!!!

Last review was completely fault/lied ..!!To all realtor/agents out there. Be careful this guy (Lakhbir (Lucky) S. Grewal)… he will try to get on contract & cancel after .!!Don’t sign any real estate contract with this guy.!

This office really knows how to hired/trained their contractor to back out deals. Unprofessional, lacks of response, unaware & knowledge of real estate markets.. you've been warned RUN!! do not do any business with this people, specially this guy (Lakhbir (Lucky) S. Grewal) will says anything to get on contact & cancel after. I hope someone will bring this guy to the board or possibly sue him & his broker. = Excel Realty & mortgage.!
