If you have to get prescriptions here I would definitely look into going to a different Kaiser pharmacy. This place has the rudest staff. I just came here to pick up medication I need for my pregnancy and did not have my phone or wallet to be able to pay for the copay. So I asked the tech to be billed for the prescriptions because I have done this before and with no hesitation and they billed me. The pharmacy tech I got today her name is Ana Davalos looked at me and goes I need ask the doctor very rudely and judging me because I asked to be billed. She then goes and gets a doctor his name is David Robinson and he comes up to me and tells me that they do not bill at the pharmacy and I told him I have no way of paying for it right now and I need this medication right now for my pregnancy. David Robinson then tells that he can bill for today but this will be the last time ever because they don't bill at the pharmacy and will be noting my account to not bill anymore. Which is a lie because like I said I have been billed here at this pharmacy before without doctor approval. After getting the approval from the doctor David Robinson the tech Ana Davalos continues to be very rude as I continue to get checked out. As she is billing me I asked her for David Robinsons last name because I did not catch it and Ana Davalos the tech rolls her eyes and continues to be rude and disrespectful and tells she doesn't know his last name with the most attitude. I then tell her I need to know his last name and she ignores me. So as we come to the end of our transaction I look at Ana Davalos and tell her again I need David Robinsons last name and she rolls her eyes and walks to go get his last name and comes back with his last name with so much attitude and being rude. If I were kaiser and I had employees like this working for me I would be very concerned because they are not professional and have no customer service skills. If Ana Davalos was my employee and I heard of a customer having this kinda of interaction with her she would be fired 100%. I pay a lot of money for their health care services and to be treated like is unacceptable. I am highly considering changing my provider because of the interaction. Kaiser do better!

The check-in and check-out was a breeze. KP Eureka Pharmacy has the best patient service. In build C, the 1st floor is the pharmacy. Staff were pleasant and the pharmacist discussed my prescription in detail. The views are spectacular. I definitely would recommend this KP Eureka Road pharmacy in Roseville.

Lines are typically long but the employees work really hard to make sure you are in an out of there as quickly as possible!

Other than long lines this place takes care of getting prescriptions easily. No complaints.

I go to the one on eureka and with the amount of scripts and people they have to process, the wait really is not that long. one can also have the prescriptions sent home except for certain new drugs. Again it is ver efficient as compared to other health systems I know of.

Decent experience, I am very happy I switched to Kaiser. It's definitely an upgrade! The one issue I've had has been with medication refills being out of stock and then only getting a portion, then having to get represcribed.

I have to pick up an urgent prescription for my wife. I call ahead and they tell me it will be ready an 1 hour. I get in and they have no record, I ask them to set it up and wait another hour. I walk back up and they tell me it was never started or setup. It will be another hour. This is insane. My wife is at home alone after surgery and I've been here now for 3 hours and now I'm being told to wait another hour because they forgot to start it this time
