We couldn't be happier with our Ethan Allen purchase and the overall experience. Huge thanks to Jim Manser!! Not only did he provide excellent advice, but his customer service was top-notch. From start to finish he was nothing short of exceptional. The wife and I will undoubtedly be back - thanks Jim!

I'm an online shopper. Time is a commodity that I cherish dearly and to go from store to store taking notes, these days, seems inefficient, but can be effective. Priding myself for achieving both aforementioned goals, I delved into numerous articles that cover every aspect of interior design; And, by the time I'm was ready to look at specific pieces to jigsaw my way into a complete picture, I had already an understanding of the look and feel from a personal perspective, the perspective of visitors entering into someone else's Eden, and design professionals appraising and defining the vision that has materialized. When I entered Ethan Allen-Roseville, a petite modern dining table was the pinnacle of my interest. Stunningly dressed Design Consultant Diana Jorgensen was very helpful in introducing fascinating facts about my table, yes... my table, because at that point, I had already committed to the purchase. It turns out that her vast knowledge of each piece within the gallery complimented her attentive listening, friendliness, confidence in articulating and of sharing helpful feedback during our discourse. We finished the forms and she conveyed expectations of time and white glove level of service for delivery. Those expectations were met with great satisfaction; thus, I have provided Ethan Allen-Roseville and their distribution service five-star rating for sale and services rendered. Sincerely, Drew Chandler

I recently had the pleasure of working with Diana Jorgenson at Ethan Allen, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From our initial consultation to the final reveal, Diana demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail.
When I originally met Diana, my husband and I had just finished a remodel and had a whole house to furnish. I mentioned that I was looking for some swivel rockers and showed her some photos of my home. From that point on, she completely helped me design almost every room in the home, transforming our space into a cohesive and stunning environment.
Her ability to listen to my ideas and transform them into a balanced and gorgeous design exceeded my expectations. Diana Jorgenson was incredibly patient, taking the time to explain different options and providing valuable insights that truly elevated the overall aesthetic of my home.
What impressed me the most was Diana's commitment to ensuring that every element of the design reflected my personal style while also maintaining the timeless elegance that Ethan Allen is known for. Additionally, Diana was instrumental in helping me overcome my husband's objections, effectively addressing his concerns and incorporating his preferences into the design. This collaborative approach made the entire process smooth and enjoyable for both of us.
Diana also made personal visits to my home both to see the space we were working with and to help ensure furniture was placed in the appropriate locations. This hands-on approach was incredibly helpful and demonstrated her dedication to achieving the perfect result.
One memorable instance was when Diana presented me with an idea for a guest room. I wanted more sass, and she quickly revised the drawing to come up with an alternative that I loved. Additionally, I showed her some artwork I wanted to include. Since it changed the vibe of the room, she reworked the design to make it incredible. Her flexibility and creativity truly impressed me.
The result was a beautifully curated space that feels both inviting and uniquely ours. I highly recommend Diana Jorgenson to anyone looking to enhance their living space. Her expertise and passion for design shine through in every project, making the entire process enjoyable and rewarding. Thank you, Diana, for bringing our vision to life!

I bought a recliner and after using it for 6 months the fabric split and stuffing came out and other areas the thread's tore. I was told they were not responsible and warranty and protection plan would not cover. The fabric split at a sharp corner of the frame. They have NO customer service and do not stand by their product. Manager also stated didn't know how my living conditions were. I am 73 year old widow who lives alone in a very nice house. All my other furniture looks new except Ethan Allen chair.

First I want to state Jenny the manager gets 5 stars. She's the reason I am giving 2 stars. I am not here nag the company, I am sure my experience was one in a million. But i want to share so others may be warned of a worse possible outcome. This was my first time ever walking into Ethan Allen, I knew it was expensive and high end quality that I probably wouldn't go with them. But i did.I took about a week and a half with a designer before making a solid decision on moving forward with a dining room table and chairs. Within that week of decision making, i was told two of normally offer customized stains were no longer available. This was a huge frustration as each color no longer was offered each time i tried to order it, on two separate occasions. Of course this was very frustrating for the designers too. Finally decided on a 3rd color, since i didnt really have any better options. Chairs i just went for and had no problems there since i had colors established. We were told up to 12 weeks for a delivery call, but they usually see sooner. Perfect... thanksiving was 17 weeks away at the time. So even with expected holiday delays I felt we were in the safe zone. Nope. This is where it all broke loose. Sadly, the only supposed plant in Vermont that processes the tables for the whole nation, had flooded. Yet my chairs were coming from somewhere else on the east coast, Florida i believe. Which were also delayed 4 weeks, we barely got those in time for Thanksgiving.Hopefully the company considers opening up another plant to manage demand and possible future outages. There were other little things like the designer pushing her opinions on the layout of my home and how it should operate, how my current layout was all wrong, eta. She even made a comment how my mom was paying, and she wasn't. I paid. I am 33 year old adult who can make choices and pay for a new dining set that will hopefully last me the rest of my life. Anyways, i know she had great intentions, but just want a good fit, not a great vibe. Then...Thankfully, Jenny stepped in to finalize our order and was so patient with the process and explained everything to a T. She was even able to get us a loaner for thanksiving on the table since ours had no shipment date still.Long story somewhat short, our table finally came 20 weeks after ordering it....and it was damaged. There was a bit of confusion on if we should accept or reject it. We rejected it. I paid for a new table, I expected new undamaged table. Now to our understanding we are still getting the same exact table that was delivered back, but will be touched up. We signed up for the 5 year accidental damage plan for when WE accidently hurt the furniture, AFTER receiving it. NOT the manufacturer damaging it before. This was a disappointment. They should have then left the table at our home, since we would still end up with the same table.... Finally got it another week later....with no clue as to if it's been touched up yet, or if the tech rep still needs to come out to our home to then fix it.It was fixed but the area that wasn't stained is already wearing after barely sitting at this table. We wish we just went a cheaper route because the quality isn't all that great. Plus our leaves don't even fit correctly without extreme force. We were just another order, another number... another table. I was so excited for this investment and not regret spending over 5k for something that is just meh.I do not recommend Ethan Allen for dining tables. Their orders must be pushed out over 6 months at this point. Just be aware!
