Hadn't been in before but needed a good cowboy hat and wanted to support local. I don't know the gentleman's name behind the counter but assumed he was the owner. He was GREAT! I haven't really had a cowboy hat before and he was patient, attentive, and found me one that didn't bust my wallet. Great merch throughout the store too - got a good pearl snap shirt for summer

I absolutely love this store! Located conveniently off HWY 80, it's become my go-to shopping destination. Juan and his team are incredibly professional and helpful. They guided me in finding the perfect boots and provided expert advice. My purchases have expanded to include Ariat shirts, a fleece jacket, Ariat jeans, two cowgirl hats, and three pairs of boots (two for me, one for my husband) – all reasonably priced.What truly sets this store apart is their customer service. They promptly repaired a damaged boot sole due to high heat and even cleaned one of my hats. The commitment to customer satisfaction here is outstanding.This store is a standout for its quality products, reasonable prices, and great customer service. I highly recommend it to all shoppers seeking a great experience. I'll be a loyal customer for years to come!

Great customer service. A really nice selection of dressy western wear. I got an adorable pair of boots, and I bought a beautiful Concho belt for a gift for a good friend of mine. They don't really carry women's clothing, but they have a beautiful selection of accessories. Also, if you're looking for something nice for that Caballero in your life, this is the place to go.

This is one of my favorite western stores. In Roseville. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. I have purchased two pair of boots, jeans and two cowgirl hats. They go above and beyond with customer service. I highly recommend finding all your western wear at this store.

If you need hats, boots or clothes, check here first. The inventory is great and the customer service is second to none. I went in yesterday to buy a hat and from the time I walked in until the time I left, I was treated as though I was the only customer in the store, and I was not. I can't say enough good things about this business!
