Right away, we knew we were in good hands when Jimmy Katumba came in and shook our hands. Our 2004 Toyota Corolla was totaled from a car accident. We had bought our totaled car long ago from Enterprise and were very very happy with Rosie as I called her. After expressing what we needed in a newer car being senior citizens, Jimmy knew exactly which car he had in mind to sell us. He took us out into the car lot and I got into the driver's seat and after driving around the lot for a while, I knew this was the car for us. Jimmy was knowledgeable and patiently answered all our questions. We signed all the papers and have been pleased with our newer 2022 Toyota Corolla. What I liked about Jimmy was that he didn't apply any pressure on us to get the car sold. Again, we are so lucky to have had a pleasant experience with car salesman Jimmy Katumba and the very nice car he sold us. Benita Bowdino.

Car purchase was fast and no hassle. The salesman asked details of what I was looking for and came up with a few selections. Enterprise has a limited selection of cars for sale, but it is because only 1 in 10 cars pass their inspection process. The rest of the 9 cars are sold to CarMax. I’m very happy with the car I purchased.

I would NEVER come here again to purchase a car. If you want to check out Enterprise Car Sales, take the drive to Rancho Cordova. It's worth it!
I ended up purchasing a 2022 Nissan Altima. First during the process the salesman, Jesus, took off part of my self employment income so I didn't have to bring in proof of income. He told me it didn't make a difference because it was still approved but we had a pre-approval from our bank & they wouldn't allow changes. We didn't hear from the dealership until our application was about to be denied for being incomplete & I had to get documentation to them the same day!
Next I was having issues with my backup cameras. They sent me to a local shop where I waited for 2 hours while they "fixed" it.
I had other issues with the car that seemed maybe electrical. I emailed Jesus & a manager (I think his name was Ryan) letting them know that I had an odd incident where my car died twice when I was half parked on a curb (so the passenger wheels were on the curb, higher than the driver side wheels) and that my USB connection was fritzing out. I had my battery tested when I got my oil change (and the 60k service because I wasn't told if it was done & it wasn't visible to Nissan) and they didn't see any issues. And I've gotten a proper USB cord that should work in the car & with Android Auto but it will randomly disconnect & reconnect. So I emailed asking them if they could look at it or if it would be covered under any of the warranties that I paid for - and I never heard back from either of them. I also called & left messages.
When I bought the car it had plates on it. I wasn't told I'd be getting new plates. When I did get them I realized I had their dealer plates. I assume they pay registration on these so I emailed offering to bring them back if they'd let me know about the other emails I'd sent. Again I heard nothing.
I was recently in an accident (hit on my passenger side doors, mainly front) and was told by Caliber Collision (highly recommend them!) that my backup cameras had been SUPER GLUED in! They fixed it because they had to for their safety protocols. But Enterprise and/or the repair place they sent me to should have fixed them PROPERLY! This was highly dangerous. AND Caliber pointed out to me where the rear driver light casing is cracked & part of the plastic in the trunk is also broken. And this hadn't happened in my accident because the rear wasn't hit. It seems the car had been in an accident before but it wasn't disclosed to me or on the Carfax report!
I'm not even going to bother emailing or calling again because I know I won't hear back. I am HIGHLY disappointed because I had to purchase a car because my last car (purchased from the RC Enterprise Car Sales) was stolen & totaled so I wasn't wanting to be there. And to now feel like I was lied to & manipulated just to get a sale, with zero customer service after the fact, just leaves me feeling further violated.
Take the 20 minute drive to Rancho Cordova. I promise it's worth it. Not all Enterprise Car Sales locations are made equal & this one definitely left me disappointed & with a nasty taste in my mouth. Enterprise is lucky I have experience with the other location or I'd write them all off, but for now, I would just avoid this location like the plague! The headache isn't worth it!

GREAT service! The courteous and friendly Jimmy D. assisted me from the time I arrived, through my test drive, to signing all my paperwork. Professional and helpful. One year warranty and roadside assistance. More packages available. My car was thoroughly inspected prior to sale. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for a used car.

Jimmy and Janna are so wonderful!! Needed a new car and they made everything so easy!!! Janna helped me find the Camry that fit my needs AND budget! She was able to help me remotely as well, and with my busy work schedule, I was worried I’d have to take a lot of time off to handle this, but no!! She helped me have it all prepared and ready by the time it came to sign and drive off!! Jimmy made all the paperwork, test driving, and finishing process so pleasant and seamless. Ryan was also super kind and made sure I left taken care of! Highly recommend this for your new car!!

The staff at Enterprise Car Sales Roseville restored my confidence in the automotive industry. There are some good folks selling cars, believe it or don’t. Lol I couldn’t be more pleased with the decision to buy at Enterprise Car Sales Roseville. I had to order my own floor mats and buffer out a barely noticeable scratch but well worth it for the overall price and quality.
