Met lender Tanisha Broadway approximately 2 years ago. She ran my credit and said....we need to get your score up 10 points, " I would like to put you in touch with my credit repair guy. He will get you ready in 60 days". Long story short her credit repair guy conned me out of $2500.00. I kept reaching out to Tanisha explaining something isn't right about this process. She told me repeatedly he is a man of God. Please trust him. Well he stopped responding and SHE STOPPED responding. Here's what I just found out. They are married and they robbed me together

I guess this is how Veterans whom have served honorably are treated. After months of working for my pre-approval. The broker Jessica Boehlke failed to inform me that she decided to leave Element Mortgage for another company. Well we spoke on 11 August and I messaged her on 18 August when she decided to inform me of the change. Well both Jessica and the company seemingly felt that my family and I are not valuable enough that we should have not been forgotten. They have still failed to communicate with me and Jessica just stated "Unfortunately things like this can happen when a loan officer, or any employee, chooses to go with another employer".So now I am forced to make a extremely challenging and expensive decision for the safety of my young children.

Shane went over and beyond made everything go off without a hitch.There is a reason that Shane has all 5 Starsbecause he absolutely deserves 5 stars. Shane helped us every step of the way. From start to finish his communication was excellent, he is very professional and super quick getting our loan done fast. Funding will happen tomorrow and we will be in our new home next week. I can’t believe what a smooth transaction this was.

I thought about writing a negative review last year but Was just so glad the process was over I held back. I worked with Evan Miller you won't find a bigger fuck up in the industry than this guy. Stay away from this business. His partner is just as bad a couple of arrogant pricks which I could put up with, but over 6 months for a Refi than today I get my tax bill and dick head forgot to impound our taxes. I have refinanced several times and never an issue until I met these guys. It was such an awful experience my wife and I would get in arguments as we felt trapped. If you want zero communication from your loan company and have to do everything yourself these might be your guys. I'd be willing to show anyone the condescending e mail correspondence I had to put up with during our loan process. Run run run away from these guys. I'm 58 years old and this was the worst business transaction I have ever experienced. Take a look at my YELP record i do not write reviews but had to this time to warn others.

We had outstanding customer service from Jennifer Flores-Collins and her entire team. From start to finish, we were kept updated. Their portal is intuitive and efficient. Their rates and fees were the same as so-called discount lenders, but with a personal connection. We tried a big box mortgage processing conglomerate in 11/2020, but they stalled on our application. In frustration I found Element and "tried" them out.. but didn't cancel my other app. Element.. specifically Jennifer..opened by app, processed it, closed it, and funded it in just a few weeks.. ironically, on the same day,I got yet another email from big box conglomerate that "my business is important and they appreciate my patience while they complete the analysis and processing." With Jennifer, I truly got the sense that she personally cares about her work and her clients. I've recommended two friends to her since. They've been both so pleased that they thanked me with dinner.
