Give me a break....you are not Costco or Sam's. If you need to see receipts before leaving the store, post a sign with that policy. Blocking customers from leaving because they can't find their receipt is ridiculous. And by the way, if I have to bag my own groceries because your employees are way too slow and can't decide if a loaf of bread should go in the same bag as a 2 bottles of wine and potatoes, don't charge me for bags.

I ordered 4 tires from walmart.com and had them shipped to this location. I arranged for a day and time appointment. When I got there they didn't have me in the system. I showed them the confirmation email that i had received from Walmart but their excuse was " the system has glitches". I had to wait anther 2 hours to see if u could " get fitted in" and there was no guarantee that i would... the guy who tried to take my order didn't know what he was doing...this is customer service at its worst!

The "Team Lead" or "Front End Lead" was amazing. Thank you Jayson for all your help picking a Christmas tree and loading it in the car for me. Thank you for taking the time to show me how to set the tree up when I get home. Absolutely amazing customer service.

Was there on cyber Monday in the electronics area asking for help the first 2 worker we asked told us to go ask someone else one of them was a transgender dressed up like he was some female manager in that department and the other one looks like a gay guy with glasses they were just talking doing nothing when we asked for help so we went to another person that look like the were working he was just stocking items I believe he informed we ask someone at the table which I did only to ask someone that was in their lunch which she still helped us for a bit until she asked someone at the table which looked like 5 employees goofing around and just chatting and someone in the back made someone else that was already working on something else to help us not saying helping the customer is bad while working on something else but it's bad enough when you have 7 employees chatting and doing nothing when you have customers asking for help so after we went one side of the electronics area to the other I saw the tranny helping out another person not even 5 minutes after asking that tranny for help you need to keep your employees in check around this time of year because it's the busiest time of the year and you're working for the customers and customers shouldn't wait for employees to finish their dumb conversations when they're on the job and someone put the tranny in their place I get the it that they want to be equal among us but that doesn't me the can brush off any customers because they're talking to a friend

I am giving Walmart two stars based upon their prices and it's close location to our home. I am deducting three stars due to their lack of customer service. I have accepted the added responsibility of checking and bagging my own groceries. What is unique about Walmart is that employees are taken off registers to 'hover' aimlessly while I do their work. No smile, no acknowledgment, nothing but an awkward monitoring of my checking out. Very 'Big Brother Watching You' atmosphere. I spend an average of $200 a week and yet I leave feeling like a chief suspect in a shop lifting sting. Also, cosmetics? That is a whole other level of craziness. Walk to the far end of the store, enter a maze of narrow aisles, identify your desired product behind the security glass. Head over to the checkout, get in line. Ask the employee to grab her keys and follow you back to your item, along the way she is stopped by several other customers needing assistance. Finally get to your item, (if you can still remember what you need), head back to checkout. Get to the back of another line.... Everyone is complaining; employee explains that this system is in place because so many Walmart customers 'steal their products'. Wow, ok, I am one of your customers, at this specific location for over twenty years. Thanks for making me feel welcome! What is next? Frisking folks as they leave the building?

This Walmart has the worst customer service. The people definitely don't like their own job since they have no motivation to help someone with something that takes 1 minute. Lazy people, especially when you are in a hurry. Also thanks for not even letting me return something that doesn't even work u losers.

Do not go here for pickup order. I have tried it three times at various time slots. They are unorganized and long wait times. Today I watched two giant orders where they bagged groceries in their own bags because the guest marked bringing own bags but arrived without any. Plus I am told they don't carry products often after shows in stock and often don't ship or substitute adequately. Stick to Safeway in this area for grocery pickup.

My 68 grandmother was bullied and harassed by the cosmetics department cashier Gita or Mita or whatever. Absolutely unacceptable just because you have a stick up your rear end with whatever you have going on in your life doesn't give you the damn right to be rude to an old woman asking a simple question about which register to use. The cashier then proceeded to rant on and bully my grandmother to other customers while she waited in line. Absolutely unacceptable I don't care if you're making minimum wage my grandma has high blood pressure and the entire ordeal can negatively impact her health. Thank god nothing happened to her or I would file a lawsuit against Walmart and that associate personally. -10 stars never go here unless you want to be a punching bag for people upset they never went to college and complain about their job WHILE GETTING PAID BY THAT JOB.

No Apple Pay or tap options apparently. Advise not going here if you don't want to waste time or have to unlock underwear to purchase. End of western civilization .

Mita the customer service you didn't know existed. I had a purchase of 5 items all together with my toddler and his grandmother. Mita says she can only scan 1 item and we must go line back up elsewhere. Staunchly refusing to complete our purchase. For such a minimal purchase? This is no misunderstanding. I asked for further clarity 3 times. I'm not sure the purpose of the hassle. I do know the purpose of employment. And I have to say there's better service without the inconveniently rude and lazy cashier at self check out. Happy Veterans Day

Came here at 8am on a Sunday. Nearly 15 employees are walking the floor shopping for other people with half empty carts, yet nobody is around to open the laundry detergent case and there's only 1 open extremely slow check out stand. Waited for FIFTEEN minutes at the laundry pods for anybody to come after pressing the button. 6 employees doing nothing walked by and saw but continued chatting with each other about random conversation and walk away. 1 didn't have a key but "called others" and nobody showed up. Every time I come to this store I'm appalled at how useless the staff is and how if you ask for help they just continue to chat like teens while you watch and wonder when they will actually help you and stop chatting. Less than 20 items in checkout took over 30 minutes to scan, and I still have to drive around town to go buy laundry detergent at another store because no staff would show up...ugh...
