My mom went in and bought a car from this place late August. The guy who helped us was very friendly and explained things pretty well (which is the only reason they are getting any stars). She caved and bought the insurance and paint protection thing they offer. It sounded good at the time. Fast forward to late October, the car is making a loud horrendous noise when she brakes and makes a turn. Using the insurance she bought from here, she took it to a mechanic that works with the insurance (which is scarce in Sacramento and are only a handful). They did a full inspection, as does any mechanic, and found major issues with the car. The caliper was bent whenever the previous person put the brakes on. The brakes were put on incorrectly so they fixed that. The belts have major wear and tear (hello, this is minor stuff that should've been fixed before selling), windshield wipers were torn up, and we've had to charge the battery already. Shocker - the insurance doesn't cover anything because it's all considered "maintenance". This is maintenance that this dealership should've fixed before being sold, even the mechanic mentioned this and was shocked they would sell a car like this. We called the dealer to speak to someone about these issues and was transferred to their "customer loyalty" person, which to no one's surprise, didn't answer and has not returned our call. We will continue to call and bother until we can speak to someone and not be dismissed. We will never purchase a car from here ever again.

Danny and the team have been great, he was super patient as we weighed our options and drove multiple cars. We hadn’t had a plan when we came in and he advised my husband and I well with the cars we liked. We were appreciative of his patience and how easy Echo Park made the card buying process. I highly recommend checking them out!

If I could give a negative rating I would.1. I was emailed an incentive to drive to Sacramento and if I sold my car, I would get an additional $250. 2. Spoke to Wayne on the phone. I emailed and texted what CarMax offered me and he told me they would be able to match it plus get the $250 via the email if I drove up there for my time.When I got up there Wayne did a 180 degree on me & wouldn't honor anything he told me over the telephone ! Classic renege/bait and switch not to mention unprofessional.Why would anyone go out of their way for thousands less ?! Wayne + EchoPark is definitely a _________ (you fill in the blank.)I always backup any feedback I leave (see photos.) Let me say for the record. I am not mad, but I am very upset that my time was wasted and not respected. * Stay clear of these crooks *The sad thing here is they lost a client. Obviously I would have bought another vehicle. Took my business to CarMax who treated me right from the get go.

Gerardo, Chris and the entire team at EchoPark made it quick and easy! Easiest deal I've ever done. I saved over $4000 on my 2020 Explorer and got $2000 more than what I expected on my trade in! I was there to purchase a car for my daughter. Our sales person was Dexter, and he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of our questions. The whole process was easy, from test driving to signing papers. If anyone is interested in buying good quality used cars, I would recommend this dealership. I do plan on coming back to purchase another car in the near future.

We had a great experience with Danny! There was no problem when we wanted to test drive 6+ cars to find the right fit. Danny made the process of buying easy and we spent less than 3 hours from start to finish. The car was also priced significantly lower than others in the area. So happy with our new K5!

I've been on a hunt for a used car for my Neice for about 3-4 months now. Her mother and I kept on searching and finding a few "maybes" here and there. However, the Neice had her heart set on a white Nissan Sentra SV or SR. I was able to locate a 2022 Nissan Sentra White at EchoPark.This morning I found the car online sent it to the mom and she liked it. I connected with an online representative and quickly gave me a total price which fit the budget.I scheduled us a test drive online from 2-3 and we made there from Martinez around 2:30. We got there gave my name and we were asked to sit down and wait 15-20mns. They were busy! Glad we had our test drive scheduled.My Neice automatically fell in love with it. The car rides very nice and smooth! Has all the tech she wants and needs.Dexter was our salesman. He quickly started working on the process and was very helpful and professional from beginning to end! He gave us peace of mind and made the whole experience of purchasing a car easy.The cars they sell come with plenty of extras already included in the sticker price. Which was awesome. Maintenance, paint, interior they come covered for 4 years off the lot.If I plan on gettn a used car.. Will definitely come here and ask for Dexter! Guys great!
