Dylan and his team helped us in the purchase of our first home. Dylan is a great communicator, he is very knowledgeable on all things real estate. He was a pleasure to work with. He was in constant communication during the whole process.His team is also great. During the process every concern and question that came up was answered quickly and with great detail. Even after the loan close of the loan their team has been great with any questions. highly recommend!!!!

Dylan and his team at Peak Residential are AMAZING!As a first time home buyer I really had no idea what I was doing when it came to making the best financial moves for my situation. I had spoken with other lenders and honestly, felt more confused and pressured after those conversations. After one conversation with Dylan, I knew he was the right partner in this big life event. He provided step by step details of the overall process, made me more knowledgable in using real estate as an investment, and was always making sure I was comfortable along the journey.I cannot thank Dylan enough for the quick responses to my most obvious questions and getting all the paperwork turned around on an extremely tight timeline over the Thanksgiving week(end)!Thank you Dylan and team! Couldn't have been more satisfied with the experience I received when going with Dylan and his team! Every question I had was answered and explained until I had a full understanding. With market conditions being so tough Dylan was able to make a 10 day close in 8 days Something that challenging usually presents problems but with Peak residential we were taken care of from the start until Finish! If you've gotten this far look no Further Dylan is the broker to have on your side!

Dylan and his team are rock solid. We just bought out first home and Dylan did a great job helping us be comfortable with different loan options and how to reach our goals. As a visual learner, I really appreciated all the charts that Dylan presented us with to analyze loans and good deals on potential home purchases. The close process was super smooth and communication was great. Would highly recommend.

We had a somewhat complicated process buying a house. We had to make changes and we changed our mind about the state we wanted to live in. At one point my husband and I were working with Cornerstone from distant states. They handled everything smoothly. What I liked best... they were kind and accommodating. They also ring a bell there to celebrate their clients. I just really like them. I would use them again for sure.
