My dogs always get great care here! And we can always get a convenient appointment quickly! Friendly staff and great service! I never feel like I’ve been ripped off either. Highly recommend!

We went here to put our family pet down after a long illness and old age. Vet tech said they would be putting a catheter in and would bring him right back to us and that it would be quick. I had to hear my cat scream for almost 15 mins. His last moments were pure torture for him and he passed away being extremely stressed out. This isn't right and it was not fair to my pet. I do not recommend this place if you wish your pet to have a peaceful passing. Our remarks were met with dry apologies.

Alice, you are an angel! My 15yo puppy couldn't support her own weight and my vet wasn't open. I thought she was at the end of her time. Devastated, I called Dry Creek and got Alice who was compassionate and walked me through everything like Dakota was hers. I made the appointment and she gave me all my options. She waited while I cried. Then I prepared. A miracle happened and new medication turned my puppy around for more time. I called Alice back to cancel and she was so happy for me and my family. I can't thank Dry Creek and Alice enough for the compassion to a total stranger and her fur baby. Again, Alice you have no idea the impact you made in my time of need.

If you care about your animals. Do not take them here. In simple terms, the vet didn't do anything to help properly diagnose the problem with my dogs. One of my dogs almost died due to a misdiagnosis, thankfully I checked in with a different vet and was able to save her life. While staff and the vet were friendly themselves, that doesn't take away the fact that they did not do enough in my situation.

It's just very expensive. The staff was great very friendly very clean but so expensive just alone for the visit was over priced..so I won't be coming back but I am grateful for the help we received that day

I had to bring my cat here last minute to be euthanized as he became very I'll and could no longer walk. I was happy that they were open and willing to see him however, the vent and her assistant did not hear to be very empathetic or compassionate. They were very stoic. Didn't have much to say, didn't act very compassionate, it was almost as if we were bothering them perhaps. They were both just acting almost robotic I'm not even sure how to explain it, but just kind of strange and there's something very off about both of them. It was almost like a fake empathy. The vet wouldn't even examine him. She just said oh it could be this could be that, she didn't even really look him over. She said oh if you want to euthanize him then that's what we'll do. I was kind of looking for someone to give me like that go ahead like I understand this this needs to be done like her confirmation that I was doing the right thing with a man a lot but it's it was like because she wanted money or somethings so therefore she wasn't gonna say anything, unless I paid her, she even give me her professional opinion even she wouldn't even do that, and again her and her assistant were acting very strange the whole time when they put the needle in his arm to deliver the medicine to put him to sleep they raft it for like a really long time which I I thought was odd and unnecessary since he was being euthanized it just made him wear uncomfortable And they really didn't even give him a chance like to make sure that he was actually asleep and she said some thing I can't remember what it was but something about the second medication that stops the heart she was like oh yeah, sometimes they can feel it like it didn't make me feel very good like she wasn't putting my mind at ease just the whole situation was awful because I when I would've brought him to our normal vet but they weren't open and I didn't want my cat to suffer I felt we were leaving him there with him that night. I asked where they kept the animals that were euthanized in. It almost feels like he was making up some thing just to make me feel better. Apparently the Cremators of day use I didn't want to research on them, and they turned out to be very compassionate, very professional And I would trust them with my pets, but I do wonder if my actual pet even got to them I wonder if all the money that I paid to have a separate cremation of my cat I wonder if that's really even my cat that they cremated. When I came to pick up my pets ashes, the woman that greeting he was very nice And compassionate but when I find that what was odd is that when I got there I explicitly asked them if they were open and then I was gonna drive all the way out there to go get it and I want to make sure that they were going to stay open when I got there. It said closed there's people in there, so thankfully I was able to go in and get my cats ashes but When I was reading their reviews here a lot of people were saying that they constantly close down out of nowhere they just close down and they don't give any warning to anybody and people drive all the way out there for nothing much. I will definitely find a no answer for that reason online when I would never go back because I would always wonder if they were gonna be open or just close out of nowhere I think the place only has one bed and unfortunately I don't think that that is very reliable. I don't think she's very compassionate either. She seems more annoying than anything else so now I would not recommend this ad and I would never take my animals there ever again.

Love this clinic so much. The vet is friendly and amazing and the other staff are as well. I feel extremely comfortable taking my pets here and know they will be well cared for. Sometimes I can hear them with my cats and It’s so obvious that they love them and are taking great care of them. I just recently started coming here and I am officially bringing all of my pets here from now on! Oh, and they’re very reasonably priced and open on weekends!

Well with some bad experiences elsewhere - the doc here is busy and it's hard to get in, but she cares for the animals and has done wonders for King Charles

This is the absolute WORST vet clinic. DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMAL HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET! They never answer the phone. The techs are so unfriendly and there is zero communication. My dog had a surgery for an ear hematoma and they never called me to tell me how he was or if he was ready, we showed up to get our dog because they were closing. No pre op instructions, no post op instructions. NOTHING! and my dog looked like he had been through a meat grinder. Blood all over, still dripping, the inside of his cone was that of a murder scene. They closed without any notice, have now reopened, which is a shame, for public safety, they should have remained closed! I've since gone to a new vet, HEARTFELT VETERINARY, and they are amazing. My dog got a hematoma on his other ear and we just had surgery, what a difference! The Dr called me personally when she was done( which they should do) and I got both post and pre op instructions ( on printed paper) which should be standard care. My dog didn't have blood stained fur or dripping blood every where. I beg of you, even if this vet costs less, go elsewhere, you will regret putting your animals health in jeopardy by coming here. I am including photos of how my dog came home from Dry creek vs Heartfelt, and you be the judge!
