The service here is awful. I planned a trip here (this past Sunday) to try on my size, and purchase the On Cloud sneakers. The service was non-existent in the shoe area. The few employees that were back there were playing favorites by only helping the same customers for an hour straight. I had to ask 3 different employees for my shoes to come out in the correct size. It took very long. They basically forgot about me? I felt extremely offended. When I finally got up to the register with my shoes, the employee mentioned that they were an 8.5 size both in a left foot. I was livid. He then proceeded to tell me to double check next time even though I was not at fault for this. I left without any shoes. I went to Nordstrom instead where they had the shoes, and WAY better customer service.

This is our shoe place now. Great service, staff, clean store and awesome selection. Both of my sons are getting ready to play football so we had to get some football cleats.

Came to the store with my family to purchase some shoes and was informed that I am not allowed to even try them on. Staff members were very unhelpful! Worst shoe ? service ever, like since when can you not try shoes on? Worst experience ever

Ok place as long as you don’t need help with anything. They keep the yeti coolers locked up but even after calling on the radio for someone to help and waiting 10 minutes for that person, no one came. I’ll spend my money somewhere else

Great springtime weather calls for some kickball. Just don't go to this sporting store if you need one. They have 20 of every color soccer ball, but they can't manage to stock a kickball.

Excellent customer service from Warren and Chris. Warren helped me find exactly what I was looking for and Chris noticed a defect with the item at checkout and took the time to call Warren who came up to the cashier area with an even better item. Both men were courteous, and willing to go the Xtra mile.

Really disappointed on Easter. Their phone voice mail said they would be open. So I leave our picnic, drive across 2 towns on Easter morning to buy. Chair and there is a big note on the front of the door. Closed Easter Sunday? Why didn't you change your voicemail to reflect that? Ended up good. I went to REI around the corner. Spent $150 and had excellent service. P

Came to the store to buy some softball stuff for my daughter and niece. Grabbed a bat some shoes, store was full but we made it through the store with ease. Once at the register I noticed the shoes I got were not the ones I asked for, then Issac asked the back to get the correct shoes. We waited, while we waited we went to ring the rest of the stuff unfortunately the bat we got was a demo. At this point Frank called manager Joe to come assist, it seemed to be a little hurdle after hurdle with that bat. Eventually after an hour of waiting and ordering online we got it figured out. Big Joe, Frank, Alex, and Chris all came together to help us leave with a smile on our face. MY SHOES NEVER GOT THERR AFTER AN HOUR OF WAITING. So Alex took care of us and ordered online. Thank you for your service except the shoe department that left me waiting over an hour -_- 5/5 for the from customer service. Thanks guys. frank your the man

I returned a pair of Nikes that were defective on Sunday and had to do an online order for a new pair. Two days later the shoes came. I was excited to finally have my new shoes. They are the same exact pair I returned. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I will once again have to go back into the store and waste my time.
