Austin is very professional and easy to talk to. I purchased my long awaited Rolex. The staff helped expedite my transaction and gave me a tutorial on using the watch. I met the store manager Matt and let him know of my experience as well. I work in sales and it's nice to see a team work together seamlessly to make sure the customer was taken care of. Now my wife wants a Rolex too, and I'm I will purchase from here again. Thank you Roseville Devon's team.

DeVons here at the Galleria is the epitome of both a world-class jeweler and horology hangout spot. For the jeweler aspect: no pushy salespeople, no condescending attitude, refreshing judgment-free zone, great variety of jewelry options, and their Rolex exhibition pieces are abundant and varied. For the horology hangout spot: every team member I spoke with over the years here at DeVons demonstrates a very impressive collection of Rolex knowledge. So impressive that I'm guessing they like to nerd out on horology in their free time. My kind of like-minded people! I like to talk watches with Dave. And if Dave isn't in, then I can still talk watches with Tony, Austin, Sam (plus the other people I forgot the names of). Special shout out to Dave for guiding me at the helm when I started the adventure into the Rolex world a couple of years ago. Despite my ultra-casual attire and absence of any piece of jewelry on me at the time, Dave talked watches with me and still held me to a high standard of being a serious watch enthusiast. Unlike the other Rolex dealers who I've encountered over the years, Dave approached me with no judgement, and still presented me with professionalism and world-class knowledge of Rolex talk. I got my holy grail watch here, and I will forever have Dave and the team here at Devons to thank for making this moment one of the highlights of reaching a life milestone.

Nothing but great experiences at Devon’s. At first I felt intimidated to come into an AD thinking I would get blown off but it’s been the complete opposite here. Everyone is kind and genuine.

rude and inexperienced. would rather send my watches all the way to Fourtane in Carmel or even an unauthorized 3rd party company for servicing instead of this shop.

Buying a Rolex watch can be extremely difficult if not impossible now days. Many stores will require you to have a 6 figure purchase history and even want you to buy less desired watches to start. Some stores will even laugh at you. Devons is different. Heather helped me get my dream watch from the start with no prior history at Devons. They really work to help you acquire your desired watch unlike other stores. Heather was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire process. The manager Matt and the rest of the sales people are great as well. I highly recommend you checking them out if you’re looking for your dream watch. I’m super happy with my Submariner Date!

Always a great experience visiting Devon’s at Roseville Galleria. Randy is the man! For those who hasn’t visited the store yet, you’re missing out. Their inventory is amazing and have great value compared to others. Plus, customer service is the best I’ve ever had in any jewelry store.

Randy and Sam from Devon's are truly the best in the jewelry industry. They have consistently provided top-notch service to me, my family, and my friends with no sales pressure. From simple gifts, customs jewelry, diamonds, and Rolex / Tudor watches- Devon’s Team can do it all.
I met them about three years ago and have not looked elsewhere for jewelry since then. I will always recommend them to everyone.

Here’s the story. My kind, thoughtful late husband had always dreamed of owning a square, ruby gold ring, but never found the item. I wanted to do something special on the one-year anniversary of his passing, and came up with an idea in November 2023.
Since my husband was from a very large family with many different tastes in jewelry, I decided that I wanted to give his daughters and siblings a special, meaningful keepsake. On Black Friday I headed to Westfield Galleria Mall in search of a square ruby pendant set in gold. After hours of walking around and speaking with different individuals, I stepped into DeVons Jewelers and had the pleasure of meeting Austin for the first time. Austin was not only professional and polite; he intently listened to my story and insured me that he would be able to create unique pendants that I could give to immediate family. He patiently showed me different stone cuts, shapes, and settings so that I could create exactly what I had envisioned. Once my decision was made, Austin called with updates, invited me to look at the selected stones, and filled my order before Christmas. Ultimately, I hand delivered and/or mailed these special pendants to several individuals, keeping the memory of my husband, father, and brother alive. I would highly recommend Austin at DeVons Jewelers if you are looking for someone that truly cares, pays attention to detail, and can assist with creating a unique piece of jewelry that is treasured by all that wear it. My family and I thank Austin for his assistance in making a beautiful pendant that reminds us of our loved one that we all still deeply miss.
