CVS is a convenient store for picking up everyday essentials and prescriptions, including coronavirus testing at select locations. The experience is mixed, with many reviews noting the employees are often friendly, helpful, and quick, especially in specific departments like the photo section. However, customer service can be hit or miss, with some staff members described as unhelpful, grumpy, or disinterested. A common frustration is with coupons, which customers report frequently do not scan or work at the checkout, particularly when items are on sale, leading to confusion and disappointment. The store layout is also mentioned as somewhat confusing, with products frequently moved without clear signage. Prices are often noted as higher than other retailers. The pharmacy receives mixed feedback, with some customers unable to get prescriptions filled and experiences varying between a good pharmacist team and an awful one. The store's CarePass program is highlighted by some as a beneficial solution, offering free delivery on prescriptions and online purchases, alongside bonus offers, which helps avoid issues with a busy parking lot and long receipts. Overall, CVS is viewed as an adequate option for errands, but the inconsistent service, coupon problems, and higher prices lead some to suggest there are likely better options available.
people who give this CVS a low rating don't know how good they have it. every pharmacist is incredibly kind and professional and insanely patient with all their customers. always well stocked and all the non pharmacy employees on the floor are kind as well. I love this CVS!

Most of the time you get a good pharmacist team member & sometimes you win the unlucky lottery & get someone awful, unhelpful & grumpy.

The pharmacy seems to be working hard, but they are not equipped to handle the amount of business they get.
