Lol....I went in with hopes of selling at least 1 item out of my 12 but they didn't like NOTHING. When I looked at their clothes, I thought for sure all of mine would be worth something bcuz I didn't see anything worth the pricey items they had. I can go into Goodwill & see many more things at half the price. So.....with that being said, I will NOT return. And what they repeat if you ask is always the same....your items aren't in style now. And your items for $18 t-shirts are??? I don't get it????

I had such a good experience browsing this store yesterday!! I didn’t end up buying anything but a girl with dark brown curly hair was so helpful and kind! Such a good vibe in there compared to other stores and will definitely be coming back

Terrible customer service brought clothes in to sell checked in nobody helps for 25 minutes at least still waiting will never come back here again. I give it zero stars!!!!!!!

Very rude short Long haired kid with acne had a horrible attitude with me . Very unprofessional and repulsive for a customer service setting .it ook very long time to get nice brand new shoes ready to sell, with previously being told today they take all seasons and made it seem like they would buy some shoes..the kid was pushy for me not to stand there while they looked at my shoes..they didn't buy any of my brand new shoes Ex. 80$ shoes they said " maybe a dollar " to there coworker but never even offered the 1$ .sassy rude service from the male mostly. Need training! I was very kind to them and understanding ? oh well just don't come here at all to be honest
it's too expensive to shop here and they have fake designer being sold at real prices.

I came to drop off clothes with my sister and my mom. Jacob was working and he was completely disrespectful to my mom, my younger sister and to me while asking questions, he didn't acknowledge us and when he did he wouldn't look our way. I am not sure why this was the case being we had just stepped foot into the store. He is not nice nor is he friendly or respectful. I do not recommend this place solely because of the terrible customer service I just experienced. Jacob, treat people better!

I don't know what everyone is complaining about. This place is awesome. I went in there the other day and everyone was super friendly and I found everything I needed/wanted in less time than I anticipated. I walked with a pretty hefty bag of name brand clothes some with the tags still on for less than $100. Yeah they might not want to buy your old dingy forever twenty one fits but the stuff they do buy is great quality. If you want thrift store prices, go to a thrift store not a consignment shop. I will definitely be back.

Don't go here to sell. You're better off going to Freestyle because you most likely won't have a good experience here. First of all, you have to check in and wait in the store for them to call you. This could take anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour, and if you don't want to shop, it sucks just sitting there. At Freestyle, you drop your clothes off and can leave immediately and pick them up the following day. WAY easier than having to sit and wait in the store. Next, when they're finally done going through your stuff, you're not likely to get any money from them. I had BAGS of nice clothes and they did not take a single item. This has happened multiple times now so I have decided not to waste my time trying to sell to them anymore. They seem very judgmental when sorting through the clothing. If you're coming here to shop, don't expect to get a deal. You might as well shop retail because the prices here are very high. I understand that they buy clothes and thus their prices have to be a little higher, I just don't want to pay those prices for second hand clothing.

Service is almost non-existent. The iPad you use to sign in to sell clothing is glitchy, and I waited an hour and no one got texts that the buyer was ready. I went into the store, and although there were only 2 sellers waiting, only one person was buying and she was being pulled back and forth from buying to the register. When I asked her if she was the buyer, she gave me a dirty look and said "yeah." As one point the "manager" was called to help up front, but she only addressed the iPad issue, and then went in back again, even though they were short staffed. Might I add, this was not during "lunch times" it was at 3 pm. Finally, the clothing selection in the store leaves much to be desired as well as the high prices. I decided after this day, I will be going to the thrift stores.

Literally would give zero stars if I could. This place sells clothes that are plain and seriously I kid you not have stains on them. But did not want clothes I brought because they weren't "name brand" lol this is Roseville, not Beverly Hills. This wasn't even my issue though. The heavyset girl working at the front was a total snob to me. She was extremely unfriendly and honestly was just being distasteful for no good reason. She ended up not wanting anything from my three bags full of clothes (I stood there and she didn't even fully look through them lol) which is totally fine. I absolutely would not want to do business with someone so rude anyways. Don't waste your time. I read the reviews before I came but though I'd give them the benefit of the doubt but now I see that they are true to word. I'll be praying for that girl, because her attitude showed that she is just not happy with her life.

I have purchased many items from Crossroads. Most of the clothing I have purchased have become my favorites in my wardrobe. I have purchased name brand brand tops, sweaters and pants. I bought a gorgeous Lululemon hooded 1/4 zip sweatshirt and a Michael Kors leather jacket. The prices are very consumer friendly and they have a large selection. It's always easy to shop with items separated by size.

They only buy brand name clothes so save your time! Clothes are ok so the people in the front who buy the clothes do not have good taste..
